Guys, I have a problem. I just recently noticed that my Jamb Date of Birth is different from my Original D.O.B!! Granted, it's only by a day but I feel it's still important
Will it affect my clearance in future and how does one correct it??

it wont since it just day difference... Go to jamb portal, click on the edit profile and rectify it. I hope it works..

Yes they usually do for fresh students.. It always come in batches buh d best is to pick one from d first batch. U understand why, d anxiety.

If something isn't wrong wit d portal... Den d Nigerian factor was at play. If d portal was wrong in declaring space finished den Ife will release space on another date.
Wat next, No worries fresh students always get a space if they are persistent. D anxiety can be killing but DSA is the answer. If u can't secure a space on the portal. Go to DSA wen u resume, be ready to plead Ur way through

meaning they might reopen the portal 4 bedspace request ryt?.

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has stated that candidates applying for JAMB Direct Entry will not be sitting for the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).
However, Direct Entry Students will sit for an aptitude test in the university they selected as their choice.
This was disclosed by the Head of Information, JAMB, Mr. Fabian Benjamin in a telephone interview with newsmen.
He said, “Direct Entry candidates will attempt an aptitude test which is school-based. They are not sitting for the UTME. The test is from the universities. The new book: Last Days At Forcados High School, we introduced will be used by Direct Entry candidates for the aptitude tests that will be conducted by the universities."

The issue had been resolved... Due to ur bank network, it might take some time be4 d money get into their own account... What u'll do is, wait for some minutes... Then u check again..

it really stressful... Some cybercafe assit the accredited centres in registering student.. One can do it with them..

I have been checking links here and there I need an exact combination of subjects Okay i wanted to mass communication for example I checked link it said English, literature and any two subjects from act or social science then I wanted to put CRS commerce but was told if there is not economics I won't get the admission I now went to sociology which was perfect for me English, government, commerce & CRS but again I was told that I can't becos of economics and some schools don't accept commerce so then why do links says "any two acts or social science subject" if they know they have specific subjects...OK now I want to do political science and I went for English, govt, commerce and crs but checking the link I have seen economics am completely lost and stressful out I don't knw wat subject to do with the combination above that won't require economics and won't also cause my admission

guy.. In Oau u dont need economics to study mass com, what u need are- eng,lit, maths government, crs/irs, commerce. Same thing with law..

Relax till u resume, u'd get the necessary info abt courses to register in your department. Relax till den also for course registration. The portal ain't activated for that purpose yet. In due time, it'd be and wud be communicated on the eportal home page.

hi, have paid the school fees and it shows approved on the payment status page. But when I clicked on health center registration column it shows access denied that I'm yet to pay the school fees which ave done. Pls what could be the problem. N:b my money had be deducted.
