Actually, something similar to this has happened to me be4. first it was cotton bud and second it was a devilish tiny insect. For the insect it came out by it self through the help of God and my mum. Were as the cotton bud was removed in general hospital at Ikeja.
Will advice u not to apply any thing to it. just lay down on ur bed with the ear facing down. Then tomorrow make sure u visit hospital/clinic so as to flush it out.
