A lot of people who were called for the medical, have not received the offer yet.
Don't conclude yet, remember that the medical screening was also in batches

You don't have to make use of laptop with webcam to write the test and complete the application. Just follow these simple steps:

1) You can write the test with any android phone or tablet that has the front camera(good quality like 5MP front camera). I personally used Infinix Hot 6 Pro.

2) The essence of the front camera is to enable the HR/Invigilator to monitor you while you were writing the test, as it records your face/eye movement through out the test duration.

3) After registering on get qualified website, you fill your profile information, upload your passport photograph, then you proceed to take the test.

4) You can take the test using Google chrome browser(recent version) on your android phone. The website(get qualified) tests your phone/laptop browser to ensure that it has the necessary requirements (webcam/front camera) before you can take the test.

5) After taking the test you proceed to upload your video. Now the video part was were I encountered some challenges. You can use the front camera of your smartphone to record a short video(not more than 3mins).

6) In the video;
I) You briefly introduce yourself,
ii) You share an experience where you were faced with an obstacle and how you overcame,
iii) You give an example of a work environment in which you are most productive/happy,
iv) You give an example of a time, you wanted to give up and chose not to,
v) How do you react when asked to do something beyond your capabilities.

7) After I finished recording the video, It was 18mb. Which makes uploading quite difficult. So I downloaded VideoCompress Application on my android phone.

9) The VideoCompress app reduced the video from 18mb to 4mb still retaining a good quality. Please note that the application also permits you to select the file size/quality you prefer to reduce to. I only selected 4mb for easy uploading.

10) After reducing the video size, kindly go back to get qualified website to upload the video using your Google chrome browser.
