I understand dear...all mothers r d same. Mine never supported d operation; kept saying I should fast & pray. But l was alwaz in perpetual pains cos of d left cyst mass & d funniest thing was my belly was as flat as a palm like u said, but after d operation; when she saw d cysts sizes ; she kept asking how l was able 2 endure them.

For a HSG report(which am guessing it is ) ; d organ here is your uterus

Appendages of the uterus- Fallopian tubes ; ovaries
Bilaterally - bi( two); lateral (sideways)
So am guessing ; adnexae bilaterally free means "d two Fallopian tubes are free of any obstruction".
Doctors in d house can explain further
