Hello friends. I watch horror movies often, mostly Hollywood films. My favorite horror film is "Let the Right One In". Now I am curious about movies from other parts of the world. So which horror films do you recommend from Nigerian film industry? |
boujeeassnigga:Yes it is a Sci-fi-horror film. While curating the list I considered all the elements in a film such as concept, script and especially nearness to the horror genre. That's why it is at the last spot. |

Immaculatesnow:Hmm, Action Movie Fan! |
Great question. I have watched a Bollywood drama, thriller, romantic movie "Fanaa: Destroy in Love" countless number of times. I used to watch it every night when I was having my holidays in my Grandma's home. I think I may know each scene's detail and I remember most of the Frames. Along with a solid script and direction, the film has good music and shayari; so all of those reasons made me to watch it that much time. Additionally, I would watch "Dumb and Dumber 1 & 2" and "The shawshank redemption" too many times, till I turn Old ![]() |
I have just watched a Bollywood film called "Toilet Ek Prem Katha", means Toilet a love story in English. So as we know that usually films are divided into two categories; An Art film and A commercial film; however there are just a few movies that displays both, especially in Bollywood. "Toilet Ek Prem Katha" delivers a strong message and motivation along with being entertaining. The director "Shree Narayan Singh" and the writer "Siddharth Singh" has done it very well. If I explain it a more; In India there are so many rural places where we don't have toilets, people go outside in fields for it. Especially, women have to go outside before sunrise so that nobody can see them like that. It is a real pain for women in our India. Being that said, I have found this film so effective to raise that issue. |
