Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Project Manager at Prestige Grove, located in Nigeria. The Construction Project Manager will lead and manage all finishing stage activities (e.g., painting, tiling, carpentry, MEP fittings, interior installations) and will be responsible for:
Coordinate subcontractors and ensure work is completed to specifications and deadlines
Conduct quality inspections and ensure final deliverables meet project standards
Manage site logistics, materials, and daily progress tracking
Identify and resolve site issues to avoid delays or rework
Enforce safety regulations and site compliance
Oversee final snagging, commissioning, and client handover


Qualifications

Construction Project Management, Construction Management, and Project Management skills
Experience in project coordination and budgeting
Proficiency in construction management practices
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Relevant certification in project management or construction
Bachelor's degree or HND in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
