God destroyed babies in Noah's days, Sodom and Gomorrah, Jericho, Amalek even Israelite babies too and Jesus still warned the Israelites that God will destroy their babies as in those been breastfed! Luke 21:23

All babies are God's enemies for sure because we are all born atheists it's our parents that must struggle really hard to inculcate in our hearts love for God through intensive teaching along with thorough monitoring to make sure we build in our hearts the love for God! Deuteronomy 6:4-7

That's why most children nowadays are swiftly turning to atheism (default mode) because the parents aren't really believers in God and they can't give what they don't have. Each believer must see his or her child like an arrow that doesn't know the direction it should go so it's the parent that will serve as skillful archers {Psalms 127:4} and direct the child to the place he should go! Proverbs 22:6

When God created the first couple they were perfect but after they sinned they can't produce perfect children {Romans 3:23; 5:12} King David confirmed this when he said:

Look! I was born guilty of error, And my mother conceived me in sin. Psalms 51:5

So it's this inherited sin that made all babies enemies of God because sin is not of God!
