I have this particular Tenant who occupied one of my properties in Kaduna. This man has not been seen for over 7 years now. His phone number doesn't connect. He has not renewed his rent for 7 years.

He is the type of tenant that doesn't associate with people. He hardly receive guests when he was around. No family or friends to contact. I have waited for years with no news about his whereabouts. How do I recover my house from him? Where can I lodge such complains. Is it with Police or Court?

The person need to be arrested if he ever show up unless he is dead... how can you abscond for seven years... break the door and move his properties outside and I can assure you that nothing will happen, even the police or court won't side with such person
