After collecting rent,he disappears like wiliwili.....Told him about the leaking zinc roofing, he said he doesn't have money, I fixed some new ones and folded the old one and kept[I will fix it back for him,time neva reach🤣] I wanted to mount solar panels and rhe installer noticed that almost all the zinc were bad and needed almost a total reroof,told him, as usual no moni. My installer suggested using thick tarpaulin to bland it..I spent a lot on that and it worked (I go comot am wen tyme dun reach) My wife was about putting to bed and by my current job title,a lot of bosses and colleagues would turn to pay regards, told my landlord I would love to do pop ...what's up. Hunkle response was like na me want steeze, him nor get money....ok ooo,I got my plug to do a plywood removable well cladded pop ceiling, so neat you won't know it's wooden (I go shock am wen he come see him ceiling board becos it's still intact after you remove the screeding,I even screeded the wall. The tiles and BURGLARY proof I put,he hasn't counter balanced me,just brimming like a roasted goat. I will cut and take my protector, I will will break the tiles, pack them to fill my plot,buy cement and plaster his floor back the way I met it. Reason I'm adamant at doing this is because he has increased the about twice in the past two years and hinted at another increase by year end. I will pay him whatever he demands because the place is not on a flooded area and is close in proximity to my work place and the kids schools. But my goal is to devalue the house after I leave that he MUST use his money to make it worthy or the present rent I'm dashing him.
Each place I live,I try to upgrade and later move on and dash out everything to the landlord due to good relationships but for this ungrateful dude,I'll spend more money to devalue his house, he's so stingy that where he lives,there's only ceiling in the parlor and his room, other parts are a terrible eyesore. He will rather die than put a pop in house when I would remove mine. I go shock am........
