Good morning, all. Please i need your advice. I went to a Samsung authorized dealer in Abuja as directed by Samsung customer care for them to check my phone (Galaxy A51) for possible repairs, and it turns out, according to them, that the screen was the problem. I left the phone with them, and they changed the screen and called me for collection. I went to pick it up after making payment and noticed that the phone was requiring a pin code to unlock, which was strange. I asked them about this, and they said that was my phone and that they do not tamper with customers phones. I insisted it was not supposed to show pin unlock that i did a factory reset vis the recovery mode when i was trying to make the phone come up. To cut a long story short, they did a bypass for me to use the phone. Some days later, i decided to cross-check the IMEI number of the phone with the one on the phone pack and noticed it was different. I called Samsung Customer care and narrated the whole thing to them, which they promised to look into and give me feedback. My dilemma now is, What do i do now that they have yet to communicate their findings? And is there any issue if i continue using this phone with the board registered to someone else, as confirmed by Samsung.
Please advise. Thank you for your time.

Though I later realised that the coolant issue I was having was as a result of a faulty radiator cover, it looks physically ok to me though but happened to be the cause of my worries all these while. I have not topped coolant ever since I replaced the cover.

I need your guidance on my sienna 2000 CE. The radiator fan starts and remains on from the time I start the engine until I put it off (that was how I bought the car ). Is this ok given that I use it to travel without any issues (not commercial) and if I need to correct it, i.e the fan, should the thermostat be replaced (if it is still there. don't know if that is possible ).
And my coolant keep going down with refills every other day and no visible sign of leaks anywhere.
Please guru's in the house, your input will be highly appreciated.

It makes an annoying noise when shifting gear. A mechanic suggests I start preparing to buy another engine that the engine is worn out. (Still wonder where he is coming from with his suggestion)
