This is not parading, this is intimidation, how can you parade someone, when you are not through with your investigation or have enough evidence nor have he been convicted by any court.

I don't know why people resurrected the video and gave it a false caption (some people claimed that it happened in Benin, while some others claimed that it happened in Senegal on October 1st, 2019). People have been creating threads on Nairaland with that false headline since October 2nd and it has gone viral on Twitter.
