I lodged my application 15th April and got mail requesting for additional information 26th April, having submitted the information same day and clicking the button made available on the immi site, I'm yet to receive feedback as regards my application so I'm wondering if I'm supposed to send a notification mail informing them I've submitted the requested document or it is a general delay in issuing grants. Thanks in anticipation of useful information.

The issue is not school related but visa processing, and yes I used an agent for the school aspect , Charles sturt university.

Someopples own take longer shaa ..I have a friend who applied and got hers in 13 days..what course did u apply for?

please answer my above question....my agent wants me to choose between charles darwin university or flinders university,cdu is for 3 years bachelor of nursing at 24,200 a yr and flinders graduate entry nursing for 2yrs since I already have a degree in psychology and the fee is 29200,I've been trying to get someone in darwin to no avail to let me know how it is down there,seems like no one is based there,i was targeting this July intake and flinders intake is for feb next yr but my agent just told me that I could apply for the flinders and get my visa now.....please what's your advice?how feasible is it coming into Australia at this time and working?when my school begins in February next yr?

In reality. Visa grant to study in Canada now is quite competitive. On the other hand, Ur preferred uni. in Australia is under stream line visa processing, meaning student visa is pretty straight forward. No bank statement is required.
But if u opt for Australia, be prepared to buy dollar from black market to pay for commencement fee, then receive Ur CoE as soon as possible and apply for your student visa. I must warn you, Australia is the most expensive country to study as an international student. So be prepared.

There r other ways to enter Canada if Ur bent on moving down there. Once u get Ur pr in Australia u can always decide to settle down in Canada eventually.

I was once in d same situation as u, but I finally chose Australia since my wife can accompany me to Australia once I receive my grant, on like Canada which is bit complicated.

Choice is urs...

U won't buy dollar from black market bank can help u pay ur fees through form A and it is at 360 per dollar

It means you should do your possible best to get invited within one year of doing assessment for any specific profession...... After you have been invited, no new decision affects you anymore.....

They review the list every year around May - July . Add and remove occupations as they see fit.

So which means ur course of study could be removed at anytime..there is no point huddle for a course in the list that might still change

My kid brother got master admission to study public health at griffin university. He is requesting for my Statement of account. When he get there he will work and pay his school fees that was he told me. He said he don't need to pay now.

Hmmmmm...u brother should not play himself before u even apply for visa u must pay at least for a semster and work is not guaranteed it's not like there is a job waiting for any international student well that one is something he would sort out himself and hustle and why griffiith university is it not too expensive he would have applied to torrens university for a combined master's program in public health and project management a trimester is 6500..he would need a statement of accountnof close 10 -15 million to apply for visa

Apparently we studied the same course..it all depends on when u want to begin school..but U would have to apply to a bachelors degree to be able to switch to a Bachelors degree and from master's to master's

It's easier to change course bfor commencement of your program. Cos once u start the program, then that where it might be difficult

Ohhhh yea change of course is easy but change of school is difficult cos u must first complete 6 months of study in the first institution before u move to another one
