As much as I love the effort to combat desertification that's been effecting the country. I think this ambitious plan is a bit unfeasible. He plans to increase dams 200% in 2 years. Ok we'll see as always Mr president. I'm not farmer but harvesting 3 times a year. Wouldn't that deplete soil?

Note this initiative is actually pretty great. The lack of irrigation has been holding back

farming.

By doing rotational farming it will not deplete the soil.

What a misplaced society selling national assets to fund 2016 budget then what will they sell to fund 2017,2018,2019 etc budget

Am in full support of such development if it is in right directions
And another thing is that all the geopolitical zones' should checks all the moribund companies in their region and find way of reactivating them I believe that by doing this the economy will boost and job will be available to the youth and unemployed citizens.
