I'm on roaming and will switch to residential next week. My only worries is if on 20th, my payment day, they'll charge me 38k or 75k. Since I did a conversion from roam to residential, they may see me as a new sign up and not as an old user.

How did you get them to put you on the Residential plan?, are you in Lagos?

I have applied for a refund since June 8 but have not gotten my money. I saw on the FAQ that I could take up to 15 business days, should I contact support?

Starlink processes refunds instantly. Any delay is from your financial institution. It typically shouldn't take more than a day or two.

Good news. I was able to change my new device plan from Roaming to residential in Lagos. Hopefully i don't get stories that touch at the end of the month.

I installed my Starlink yesterday using the Roam plan, I have been getting different network speeds ranging from 150mbps to 5mps and I was able to stream a 4k video on YouTube but it occasionally buffers. At my place of work we also use Starlink using the Roam plan the speed has been subpar, whenever I go to the office and test the network speed I hardly get up to 30mbps consistently.

The speed of the Roaming plan is not as good as the Residential, we use it at my office on a good day we get around 30-40mbps, it's usually around 10-20mbps, on their website the Roaming plan speed is caped at around 50mbps.

If you can afford the roaming plan, go ahead and activate it. Starlink might not expand its capacity in Lagos.

In Nigeria, I very much doubt there's difference in speed between Residential and Roaming.

It’s IDP test that is on the 20th of May. British council has earlier dates. You can book the test with British council.

I also stay in Surulere, the network has been good to me but I also have a friend around lawanson that says he doesn't enjoy their service. P.S I stay in a very tall building so I think it depends on where you place your receiver and which of their mast it's facing

Well i wanted to put mine down, i had lost hope but then i kept trying. Now shes gaining her appetite and returning to her healthy body size. So i guess my puppy is among the 20% of puppies to survive parvo this year, trust me the effort i put in was so much for about 5days. Sorry for the loss, remember to wash dog kennel with bleach to prevent a new dog or another dog picking up the virus.

See? It was bound to happen, that is why I said you should put the dog down instead of spending all that Money trying to cure it, usually when a dog gets parvo, chances of that dog surviving is very rare.
