DISCUSSION :- Genuine lovers of Ifa, this link will be of help to you www.buyblackamericana.com/ogbe-irete

NO MATTER HOW HUNGRY, A DOG IS TO HIS MASTER, IT CAN NEVER BUY BONE FROM TRADERS WITH HIS MASTER'S MONEY

Pastor AIO :- Why dont you take the ifa initiation? Since your joy resides in Ifa. Your thread https://www.nairaland.com/nigeria/topic-48078.0.html is wonderful. May Orunmila continue to bless you, ase!

Ifa Tradition is not evil but splendid. We Nigerians should be grateful to Olodumare for bestowing on us this treasures

Aburo pastor, informations on your thread are sufficient for the uninitiates. Diamonds are not given to pigs

oluwabamis :- If some christian clergy, muslim clergy, buddhist monks, hindu monks can browse the internet. Why cant some African Traditional Religion practitioners browse the internet? Most Baba of Orisha have more than one camera hand set. So, do camera hand sets make one a fake Baba Orisha? Most Oba's in Nigeria have phd. Do, phd make one a fake Oba? Alot has changed my dear

nuclearboy :- Omo nuclear, you think you can just explode nuclear bomb any how abi? Haha! My son, no religion is inferior to the other. Religions are practical and your success depends on your approach. Do you want to be an Ifa initiate or needs ifa consultation? Your posts says that you know much of ifa. That means you are an ifa teacher and thats your folly because a teacher cant teach a teacher. Son, if you see Odu leaves, can you recongnize them? If you see a complete Ifa and an uncomplete ifa deity, can you distinguish them? Do you belong to any Orisha fraternity? The worst thing that can ever happen to a man is when he migrates from one religion to the other. He will be infected with spiritual diseases. BE CAREFULL.

neotic16 :- No, i cant consult ifa online. Ifa consultations are free but you must offer something even if it is little to Ifa before consultation. This is how Ifa Tradition works. Ifa initiates still offer something to ifa before personal consultation

Before Oduduwa, there were ancient Orishas like Esu, who was worshiped and appeased by people. Other Orishas before Oduduwa came were Angayu, osayin, Nana Burunku etc.

The first traces of the Oosha years ago. Around that time, Olokun was walking over the planet as a living God. Olokun is an IRUNMOLE NLA, he is like second in hierarch to God and Olokun its a kind of a God thats why he is not egun neither he is an Orisha. Olokun had divine powers to do many things. He/She uses his powers to manifest a blue human material body and walk among humans. Olokun after sometime decides to spread his essence in the ocean and he went to live at the bottom of the ocean. Thats why some people think that Olokun was an egun because he manifested a blue material body but he did not die, he just went under water

When Oduduwa came, he had to make pact with Olokun to save the surface of planet earth from Olokun and his wicked daughter Agana Eri. Olokun manifestation of planet earth is Olokun Aye. Olokun manifestation of the universe, deepness and darkness of space is Olokun Oba Orun. Other manifestation of Olokun are Olokun Aye, irawo Olokun (star of Olokun : Neptune. Olokun first manifestation in creation was when God first manifested out of the universal neutral energy called Olodumare. There was a kind of vapour trail left behind from that, Olokun also manifested himself as a conscious divine being

Oduduwa was born among ancient lost tribe called Aron, that was the central part of Africa continent, around 20,000 years ago. He came through his elegun, around that time, the ancient Egyptian civilization was beginning. Oduduwa, Ogun etc were captured by ancient Egyptians army, they were taken as slaves and later they became slave warriors in the Egyptian army. When Oduduwa was in captivity in the Egyptian army, they travel to a place were he found the holy book and holy rock of God, this event changed his life forever. The holy rock was a meteorite that fell on Africa. There was another meteorite that fell, that left behind the Olosi rock. Oduduwa, Ogun etc were later liberated from slavery. They traveled east and later returned to west insearch of a promise land until they found Oyo in the actual area in Nigeria. Oduduwa appointed sixteen elders to build the Yoruba kingdom and later these sixteen elders became the sixteen kings that ruled sixteen lands of the Yoruba Kingdom

Oduduwa had the divine knowledge and self consecrated himself into the mysteries of Oosha Tradition because no one consecrated him to Oosha. He later started consecrating people to Oosha Tradition and Ogun was the first to be consecrated. There was a decree from God tha 400 humans would reach a divine state of a deity called Orisha. 200 wicked ones and 200 lovely ones, plus Oshun who came as an extra one to be included among the 400 Orisha, making them a total of 401. The ones who could reach that state of Orisha were the one who had the Oosha initiation on consecration. They had their ori open and scratch with a sacred symbol. When any of the 401 Oosha initiate physically died, he/she will become an Orisha. The first to reach this of Orisha was Ogun and the last was Oya before Oshun came and she was added as the 401 Orisha. She was the smallest but closest to Gods heart. These 401 Orisha corresponds to the 401 IRUNMOLE energies that make possible the physical manifestation of an Orisha in different parts of the universe. Orisha means Ori that is open to divine

Oshosi ode mata oba akofa aye o unso ire o wa mi oshi omode ase!

OSHOSI :- Whose colour is blue and yellow. He is the third member of the group known as the Guerreros and is received along with esu, Ogun and Osun in order to protect the Guerreros initiate and to take away obstacles, clear their way. Oshosi is the hunter and scout of the Orisha and assumes the role of an enforcer of Justice for Obatala with whom he has a very close relationship

OYA :- Whose colour is maroon, flowering patterns and Nine different colours. She is a fierce warrior who rides to war with shango and was once the wife of Ogun. She is the ruler of the winds, the whirlwind and gates of the cementery. Her number is Nine which recalls her title of Mother of Nine in which she rules over the egun

ORUNMILA :- Orunmila ibikeyi Olodumare ela isode ase!

Orunmila was originally called ODU (Different from his wife Odu, the same thre letters but different vowel intonation)

Odu was born in a land closed to the Yorubaland. When he was born, he started to talk right away, he was a special child, born from Yemaya (Yemoyale Asesu, the original road of the paths of Yemaya) when she had a relationship with Oshumare

The Ifa Tradition began around 1,000 years ago before the birth of Orunmila. The Ifa Tradition was a tradition of wisdom from a nomad group of people who later establish themselves in the area of Ife. Ifa means wisdom and knowledge of nature transmitted were in proverb forms, wisdom stories, magic, ofo ashe. Orunmila received the transmission of the ifa tradition and he later develop a method of divination based on the ifa knowledge and the knowledge of the sixteen principles, the Oosha Oracle (that was earlier and more ancient than the ifa Oracle with the ikin)

Orunmila self consecrated hinself as an Awo of Ifa, he then started to consecrate people to Ifa Tradition. Orunmila made Ifa Tradition famous. He met Oduduwa, they both share knowlege, secrets of death and Oosha Tradition. Orunmila shared the Ifa Tradition with Oduduwa to ifa. Orunmila consecrated Oduduwa and Orunmila was the first Awoni

SHANGO :- Whose colours are red and white. Was the fourth Alaafin of Oyo city and he is the essence of male sexuality and power. He is always imagine as a young man in the prime of his life. His colour is red :- Blood, hot fire, passion, creative and destructive forces in action but his colours are always equal amounts of red and white to indicate his association with balance between hot passion and cool composure

OGUN :- The blacksmith, ironworker and patron of metals and all technology. Representing the triumph of technology over nature. A small iron pot containing railroad spikes and other iron objects represents Ogun. Like Esu, Ogun is also ambiguous

His power is the power of transformation. Iron Ore leaves the earth to be transformed, first in the smelting furnace and later at the forge. In the hard work of the blacksmith and the torture, he inflicts on the metal as it is transformed from earth stuff to tool

Ogun followers see a metaphor for the hard and often painful work of personal transformation. He is associated not only with surgeons, policemen, soldiers, automobiles and railroads but also all acts of violence and war especially those caused by metal implements like arrows, knives, swords, gun, cannon etc

When the Orisha first came to earth, they were unable to pass through the dense thicket until Ogun opened the way using his trademark machete. For this reason, he is often invoked to clear the way or remove obstancles to physical, emotional or spiritual development. Ogun has always cursed himself to always work, day and night without rest. He has relationships with various female Orisha. He has no wife, no family. He stands alone, working at his forge

OBATALA :- Whose name means "THE CHIEF OF THE WHITE CLOTH". Is the symbol of wisdom, intelligence and purity. The term "WHITE CLOTH" represent the substance that forms the physical universe. The light energy that is transformed through the process of evolution in a planetary environment. Obatala is the essence of this light

Everything is associated with Obatala like chalk (efun), white birds (pigeon), the sky and white cloth. As the essence of whiteness he embodies the concepts of coolness, purity, patience, creativity, the wisdom that comes with age (white hair) and spirituality. As one of the oldest Orisha. He is the father of the Orisha. He represents ritual and ethical purity and is associated with the highest morality, holiness and sanctity but Obatala is not perfectly good. After the Orisha has lived on earth for some time. OBATALA was instructed by OLODUMARE to mold the bodies of men and women so that OLODUMARE can breathe the breath of life into them but unfortunately while he was working, he became thirsty and began to drink palm wine. As the liquor took effect, his hands became clumsy so some of the figures he produce were twisted and malformed. When Obatala intoxication wore off and he saw what he had done, he swore never to touch liquor again

ESU :- He is a trickster, the messenger of the Orisha and the owner of the crossroads. Of all the Orisha, he is the most recongnizable because he most closely fits our conception of an idol. In his most common form, his representation looks like a head with eyes and a mouth. He is often the only anthropomorphic figure found. Of all the Orisha, Esu may also be the most well known

He is first called upon and fed in every ritual ; his fundamentos are the first received. His presence radiates from the divination text. He is "THE OPENER OF WAYS, MASTER OF THE ROADS". He brings luck, tranquility, health and all the good things of life

Esu is one of the most complex Orisha. The christians tended to equate him with the concept of the Devil but this is most unfortunate and distorts his nature. He is a trickster and mischiefmaker, the one who punishes misconduct and rewards upright behavior. He is also the source of wisdom and knowledge as well as the one who confuse situations. In many ways he is similar to the Devil in the Bible story of Job, in that he tests peoples resolve and commitment to their spiritual path but he is not an inherently evil deity

I want to teach about the Orisha. Feel free to add your contributions, comments and questions. Private mail me if you want to be a priest/priestess of any of these Orisha

orishapowers@yahoo.com

ORISHA are living beings present in our everyday life. Orisha represent the forces of the universe. There is an Orisha associated with every natural and manufactured thing including rivers, hills, forest, ocean, crossroads, love, children, wealth, occupation like farmer, hunter as well as natural phenomenon like thunder and lightning, wind and rain

They can be identified by colours, numbers, natural elements, icons, drum rhythms and dance steps

ORISHA :- There are an innumerable number of orisha ; 200, 400, 2000, as many as you can think of plus one more. The orishas are multi-dimensional beings that represent the forces of nature

They are ascribed as archetypes and function as sacred patrons. As knowable aspects of Olodumare, the Great God, they represent a level of power that can be approached though ritual action provides one very important focus on this path

OSHUN :- Is the youngest of the Orisha. She represents female sexuality and is associated with love, wealth, children and all the good things of life. Her colour is yellow reminiscent of her trademark honey as well as the gold and champagne she loves

As the goddess of the flowing river, Oshun exhibits its qualities. She is vivacious, fresh, quick, lively, the most beautiful of the Orisha. Her lush figure and sensuous hips embody the divine spark of erotic life

Her name is related to the word for "SOURCE" and she is associated with basic concerns and the sources of life itself. As the beautiful woman who reveals the wisdom of pleasure, she is graced by her priest with rich gifts :- silk and perfumes, sweet foods flavoured with her own honey, sugar, jelwery, coral, amber and all red metals. She is especially partial to champagne, the pale yellow drink that represents fine, even extravagant living. She is the lithe young woman in the full bloom of her womanhood

OLOKUN :- Is the Orisha of the deepest depth of the ocean. He/She owns all the natural riches of the oceans as well as the wealth that has been lost at sea. Olokun is also the special patron of the middle passage of those Africans who died and were buried at the sea. Olokun colour is the deepest blue

OSUN :- The protector deity associated with destiny. Osun is represented by small cup mounted on a metal rod surmounted by a rooster and decorated with four small bells. The bells warn of impending danger

YEMAYA :- Is the Orisha of the top of the ocean. She is the patroness of the ocean and the great mother of maternal love and protection. Who is represented by the colour blue and white along with seashells and other marine symbols

As the ocean, Yemoya represents that which nurtures physical, psychological and spiritual growth. She is the soothing and comforting sense of the transcendent many people find in the sea. She is beautiful, offers stability, preserves life, provides guidance and the means for social mobility and holds the keys to reservior from which all human beings draw success. She also represents all that is female and cool, subdued, peaceful, soft, the antithesis and the antidote to the hot, volatile, violent, tough and destructive power of men. Like the ocean which includes both gentle waves lapping on the shore and the raging storm

Yemaya represents both the loving and the wrathful mother figure. One can hide from one's enemies under skirts but if you provoke her anger, there is nowhere you can hide

AT FORUM

It is only GOD/divinities that have perfect answers to all questions. I am just a tool

I do more of practicals than theories. The ATR secrets i know today were orally given to me and i am always busy in the real world. For some days now, i have been in the forest fetching roots, herbs etc for an ongoing work

MY QUESTION TO THIS FORUM

What do you see when you gaze at a river?

AT TOBA

Your first question is Yes:- I can cast a spell on another person and No:- I cant cast a spell on another person

Your second question answer depends on the outcome of your first question

Your last question answer is yes and no. Many things have to be considered before the preparation of powerful money/riches charm

BETTER NOT TO ASK THAN TO OVER PLEDGE BECAUSE A GIFT DEMANDS A GIFT

AT PASTOR

You are highly welcome to ask reasonable questions on this thread. Are you asking questions for fun or insights? Insights comes with personal experience not somebody else experience either in written form or videos. My email is for confidential consultation only

A real Babalawo are slow to speak but quick to listen. They dont lie, instead of lieing, they will say they dont know. So, i dont know were i came from in Nigeria. Email me if you need this answer

If a member on this forum politely ask you to post your real identity like your real names, house address, phone number etc on this forum. Will you?

Most religion are good, they preach love, One supreme God and it associates. christians, muslims call these associates Angels while ATR call them divinities. We are indeed happy with our fellow christian, muslim brothers and sisters but what we dont like about them is them saying our mode of worship is evil. They dont have the right to judge which religion is holy or evil. Most christian, muslim clergy secretly patronize us and they are also members of these Nigeria prestigious fraternities

THE OSONKPIKAN MAGICAL SOCIETY OF NIGERIA INCORPORATED have no website i know of but ROF has. The osonkpikan society are strictly for ATR believers and practitioners to fraternize with each other, to share ancient and modern african charms, rituals etc. They are the keepers of ancient and modern ATR secrets. Do you want to be a member of osonkpikan?
