Can you furnish me with the information of the land you wanted to sell, i mean the price per plot and the documents that are available for the land. I will inform my lawyer to get in contact with you as soon as i receive the inform so that my lawyer can verify the genuineness of the land with the government and in the court of law before any payment. I hope the land is a dry land and not in a water environment ?

The land must be within  the main central of Lagos (not outskirt of Lagos pls.).  I  prefer the land that have all necessary documents ready for easier verification and confirmation by my lawyer both with the Government and  in the court of law.
