I like your take however rural electrication is complicated. I served in a village that didn't have light for more than 3 years. When I asked around, I was told most villagers owed millions of naira. They could not pay as little as 2k naira per month as at 8 years ago. Unless government can invest in cheaper alternatives, most of these villagers can't afford stable electricity.
