FINALLY!!! |
"I'm touched" i just love to see the expressions on their faces. Hilarious. ![]() |
Why is everyone concentrating only on the below? "I don't do no whores but yet I get laid like crazy and I mostly hit once, rarely twice and on a few occasions thrice and I am done with the babe". He said other things oooo. Personally, i find the fact that his TV is off 99% of the time disturbing, I cant understand that. And that he can list all the movies he has ever watched. |
Cooker, pots, plates, microwave, electric kettle, deep fryer, spoons, spices& condiments, toaster etc. I don't understand, what's all the drama about. ALL THESE are not reason to cook well. Or even cook at all. If she can't cook she can't cook. *nothing fantastic about the kitchen IMHO* #bored. |
Hi Tzetzefly and other house mates, My case is a bit related to that of Mr Sheuk above,it has been bothering me for a while now but seeing Mr. Sheuk's post just set me off. I really dunno why I was denied a US visiting visa in 2013, however, the last question i was asked by the VO was how did my sister get into the US. i was not prepared for the question, i cant even remember how i answered, i must have said she is a legal resident or something worse However, let me emphasis that my sister went to the US on a visiting visa in 2002 or so, she never overstayed her visa tenure she comes back regularly and she is currently LPR (Green card holder) now (thanks to her current employers). She has successfully invited several people in the past who obtained visas including my parents. From my myopic point of view, i felt that i was denied cos all my siblings live are in the US (legally, if i may add) (i had to disclose that on the Visa Form), and the VO feels/felt i want to escape and join the party. I have travel history, been to the UK a couple of times and some other random places. I have a stable job with enough money to sponsor myself. I plan to apply again in Oct or Nov and i need help with answering the following questions i feel may come up: 1. Why were you denied a visa in 2013. 2. How did your sister/brother enter the US. 3. How many of your siblings do you plan to visit during your vacation. Also, am considering getting another of my sibling to invite me or at least i will state that i will be staying with him/her and get an invitation letter. Is it wise? Will they think am avoiding something? or should i just stick to the sibling used previously. [s]Worst case scenario i can wait till one of them is graduating next year and state that i am going for the graduation. (no plenty story)[/s] Please am happy to receive as many opinions/suggestions/recommendations as possible. Looking forward to the responses. Thank you. |

Hi All, Ive been following this thread for a while now. Its very informative. Well done Mods. I collected my visa yesterday from the Lekki Collection Center Lagos. However, after i review all the documents i submitted i observed that my office ID Card which i submitted was not returned. I immediately alerted the dispatch guys/officers there and they gave me a form to complete which i did. Please i want to know how this works, its has never happened to me before as all my original documents are always returned. How long will it take before i'm contacted and is there a possibility that it may never be returned. Getting a new ID card in my office is a big deal, always full of drama. Look forward to responses from the MOds and anyone it has happened to before. Thanks and have a nice day. |
Dear All, Have you all heard that CAC is on strike? anyone one with info on the cause of this strike and when it is likely to be resolved. i have a lot of pending docs |
Are we going to be paying toll on this too? YES/NO. We need to know, as that will determine whether or not we rejoice at this development. ![]() |
no SOS but cldn't check my balance.
That is why its advisable to have an alternate line. Even MTN advises their staff to have alternate lines from another network...so they can be reached in situations like yesterday when whatever happened happens. |
Simply means that you are not married....as long as you are not married, you are single. there are no in betweens IMO |
Firstly i think we should ask ourselves, can u be a good woman and be a bad wife? if ur answer is yes, then U can definitely be a bad wife but a good mother. Being a good or bad wife is restricted strictly to ur r/ship with ur husband. and if ur relationship with ur husband is bad(remember it takes two to tango) den u are labelled a bad wife. However being a mother whether good or bad depends strictly on ur relationship with your kids. In essence, u can fail in ur relationship with ur husband who is just one person and still succeed in training ur children rightly in the fear of the Lord. and also succeed in your dealings with ur colleagues, friends etc Saying all bad wives are bad mothers is like saying all single mother and divorced parents are bad parents because they failed in their relationship. I know a woman plays a very important role in keeping her family togeda, and is to blame most times when it falls apart. However i dont believe it affects her bringing up her children in the right path. That you fail in one area/aspect of your life does not make u a total failure. |
