Last time I travelled to my village,I saw many Yorubas in my village and I just laugh.

U see tribalism...a taylor in my hamlet from Ekiti state has a farm land he is farming on,he said he prays to find a woman to marry here.

He personally told me,his parents were against his decision to settle in the east but he never knew they were all wrong.

He was the one who sewed my dad's clothes during my aunty's burial.

In our community market,I met them plenty...but the way we IGBOS shield strangers,it is against our tradition and culture to endanger a sojourner in our land.
That is why u will hear this saying in igbo land as a whole that "Onye ọbịa enweghị onye iro"

We protect strangers,guard them,feed them when necessary and fight our brothers and sisters because of them.

I am not making out words. That is igbos for u any day.

You all should just know that for every single cry of marginalization and victimization the Igbos cry, they have done the same to others and in much more gruesome ways. Gaslighting, manipulation, hypocrisy, and the real tribalism, No tribe in this entity called Nigeria has all these traits more than the Igbos. This is the bitter truth.

That is why it is always important to critically note and follow history. When Ahmadu Bello said and I quote, "we the northerners are not alive to their responsibilities", I felt that in my bone. Same way I also felt that the North were being selfish or were just trying to exercise their dominance in the Nigerian political realm. Little did I know that he and the foremost Northerners had seen the Igbos for what they truly are.

This renaming of streets of a thing that the Westerners are now up to, is probably the most subtle thing they'll ever do to project back their dominance over their lands and protection of their heritage and culture, at the very least. This Eastern folks should really be ready for much more and I repeat, there is nothing that will happen to them that they haven't done to others.

Now to my main point and issue I have with these folks- tribalism. This word has been a word each of them have mastered well, but without understanding what it truly means to be tribalistic. The Igbos are the typical pots that call the kettle black and it is unfortunate that they have no one to ever call them to order and set them on the right path. If the last election is anything to go by, the Igbos exhibited severe tribalism and the statistics of the votes will always prove this. All in the bid to have their kinsmen in power, they are ready to even turn on their mothers. Not to mention what the international community thinks about them. And the stewpid Biafra they all keep clamoring for, someone needs to educate these folks that the Yorubas are not their obstacles as to attaining that. Infact, if this country is divided today, the Yorubas stand to be the biggest gainers and I am sure the politically informed ones will concur.

But as it is, and from now on, the Yorubas have assimilated and digested Ahmadu Bellos statement of 1960 and will now become dead to their responsibilities. No matter what. No one ever hated them, but the hatred embedded in them from childbirth will never ever allow them to see the good in other tribes. Yoruba this, Yoruba that, and yet they refuse to leave a region where they feel "threatened".

In conclusion, I have started a book on these Eastern neighbors of ours and this book is intended to go as viral as possible. We will only respect those who respects us. You do not get to be in our region (all because the constitution allows it), and still be breeding so much hatred towards us, saying all sorts to the same people who have always wanted the best for you. From now on, we will put off the tags of being "accommodating" and proudly wear the garments of being "buygots", until you people learn that the Yorubas have never been your enemy and you start showing the much expected respect.

All this just to win election
At this time and age this people still uses all this cheap strategy and you allow it work on you ... is so shameful after using your fathers in there time theyve started using you also with same tribal strategy.

American government spend fortune to save small scale business and companies from shutting down...they give them bail out funds, they did it after covid-19 to help those small companies and small scale businesses not to shutdown because of the employment they provide....they give them easy access to soft loans at very low interest rates that help these small companies to grow to become big corporations you hear about.

What do Nigerian government do to help small companies survive and grow bigger to employ more Nigerians? Nothing. Instead wicked, senseless failed leaders like Tinubu is after taxing businesses and companies to poverty...he is after increasing tax....interest rate is high....no bail out fund for small companies....instead your government device every means to milk business owners till they shutdown out of frustration......if its not LGA levy, its state tax and federal tax and other undocumented levies....if you know what your employer is going through to stay in business, you will cry.


I am a small company owner...I know what I have passed through to keep the business going.....even some months we don't make profit, I still manage to pay salaries to keep employees going......Jumia have never made a single profit ever since they came into Nigeria but many of you don't know....Nigeria have one of the most difficult business terrain due to low purchasing power of Nigerians.


Getting patronage without discounting your product price or service delivery cost in Nigeria to the barest minimum is like world war.....you must reduce your product price to the barest minimum almost to the cost price before Nigerians can buy because most Nigerians are poor and broke.....they only buy what they need to survive unlike Americans that shop for fun.




If you see anybody that employ people in Nigeria and pay them salary every month, respect that person because its not easy...Nigeria is a dangerous country when it comes to doing business....the competition is tough.....the purchasing power of Nigerians is poor....all thanks to APC evil government

you have valid point but I wasn't talk about SmEs, I mean big Companies owned by foreigners who are willing to pay it workers well but Nigerias keep eating eachother sweat.

there are lots I mean alot of companies I mean big companies here in Nigeria that are still paying below minimum wage, Your HMO can only cover Malaria and headache, no single insurance, very poor working environment, the moment they hear that the foreigners who owns the company are coming, my brother come and see eye service, they start treating every worker most expecially the Agency worker like lord.

the Annoying thing is the agency's who are suppose to look into all this will come and collect bribe then look away while the citizens suffer till death while the Ogas at the top keeps cashing out on the Agency workers pay.

Nigerians are evil and demonic to themselves.
