Yes they can

I have one presently at my work place which they both can't clock in using the finger print or facials recognition because the technology rejects them so the company had to allow one clock in manually while the other uses it.

Now apply that logic to Obi and tell us why his immediate successor Obiano doesn't even rate him talkless of Soludo who doesn't even regard him as a political heavyweight in the same Anambra.
