Just go to the Registrar office (3rd floor) I think.. Just ring it in there ears that you want "TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN " so you can use it to apply for any schools..Don't be surprised that those people know what you need it for.. they can jokingly ask you which university are you using it for.. I wrote a letter ,address to the registrar shaa.

Have not gained admission, applied to Europa Universität for Masters in European studies but was rejected because "am not Third best of my graduating class"..so, Bros, it's not even obvious that the transcript is student copy sef
