I had this mentality you have until I landed in the hospital and was drained. Guess what they gave me to get boost? The drinks you are condemning. Your body needs sugars. Though sugar can come from some food and fruits, sugar is not totally evil. I drank one crate of drink in the hospital to gain my energy. It is not the sugar that is your problem, it is what your body does with it.

No, I eat bread like once in every 3 months. And usually small quantities. And I only eat it with peak milk.

I don't take biscuits, Milo, malt etc. They're all sugar. I run away from them with passion.

I stopped taking noodles as well.

Since I stopped eating sugar last year April... My health got a lot better.

I perform better in the gym
I don't feel fatigued or back pain after work in the office (I sit all day in front of my computer)

And even my madam is feeling it back to back in the other room

By all means guys, pls stay away from sugar, fast food, carbonated drinks etc.
