What's wrong with u people these days ...saying he just does ' tapins' ...if tap ins were so easy...then betting companies will be loosing daily ...cos goals per game go de reach 6 minimum per game .... what most don't know is that 70 percent of goals scored by strikers are tap ins..abi u expect the striker to always be outside the box?? Midfielders are the ones that mostly do long rage shots cos they hardly spend time in the box waiting for supplies.... Great strikers like shearer, inzaghi , Hugo sanchez, Crespo, mijatovic , luca toni , Ivan Zamorano ,Oliver Bierhoff, pauleta, fernando morientes , Elder of bayern munich
Diego Tristan , mario Jardel , Klinsmann mostly scored tap ins ..... I just don't understand this criticism for tap ins .... that's the job of a striker , to position well and tap in goals ... Hugo sanchez of real Madrid scored 40 goals in the 1990 season with every single goal being a tap in and it won them la liga
Don't mind these ignorant Nigerians who know nothing about football

My friend Badadvisor is coming to Toronto for his wedding. He arrived in Canada in March 2024 as a student, and as you know, Express Entry (EE) scores have been high, so he's looking for the best possible way to stay without applying for asylum.

as his brother and uncle gave him the money and he sold all he had without a skill or plan in Nigeria thinking Canada will spoon-feed him
Shameless fraudster. Just keep fooling and you'd see how this will end

Thank you so much. I'm just here to share my opinion (IMO), but yes—this safe supply policy is wild. I could go on and on. Just this past March, a judge in Ontario ruled that 10 drug-use sites, which were supposed to close by April 1st, could remain open. Many of these sites are located near daycares and schools. https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/toronto/supervised-consumption-sites-injunction-reaction-1.7497159

And you think those students do not get involved in what is going on next door hahahah

Now think about it: the government, heavily influenced by the radical left, opens places where drug addicts can openly use drugs—even overdose—and insists these sites must stay open, even if they’re near schools. What kind of madness is that?

And this is happening across the country, with support from policies like Bill C‑5.

I have links and videos for days—it’s truly unbelievable. That’s why I don’t encourage anyone to bring their Underage kids to Canada unless they’re relocating as a family and fully prepared.

PoliticsRe: Tinubu & his mother supported Babangida's June 12 Annulment - Sule Lamido by Badadvisor: 9:22am On Jun 23, 2025
Bestwt001:
Wow, Sule Lamido isn't holding back, is he? It's pretty wild to hear him claim that President Tinubu actually supported the annulment of the June 12 election and was even "hand-in-glove with Babangida." That definitely flips the script on how many of us remember that time. And saying NADECO was really about fighting Abacha, not June 12, just adds another layer to the story.
Then there's the whole N45 billion debt for the Abiola family. If it's true, as Lamido suggests, that IBB himself confirmed this debt and it played a part in the annulment, that's a huge revelation. It makes you wonder what other hidden layers there are to Nigeria's political history. It's clear these comments are going to stir up a lot of conversations and maybe even force some people to revisit their understanding of those tumultuous years.

To be honest, no one knows when the old days of 450–470 draws will return. Canadians aren’t happy about how easy it is for people to come into Canada, and the government isn’t investing in real job-creating opportunities. Instead, they’re gaslighting everyone.

Imagine the government giving Honda $15 billion Canadian dollars, only for them to shut down their factory two years later! The government loves green projects, but green projects don’t move the economy.

That’s a discussion for another day https://apnews.com/article/canada-honda-ev-project-delayed-b7c05f857be61263c3227afee04bf37a

The only advice for anyone is to target every possible draw they might qualify for and try to improve their chances. I know a lot of people don’t like to hear this, but studying is still the best way to come to Canada—though you have to be strategic about it.

Learn French, or target programs like the OINP Masters Graduate Stream, the BC Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP), or the NLPNP International Graduate Category.

Every province has a program for international students who study in Canada. You can find more details here: https://www.canadim.com/immigrate/provincial-nominee-program/

But remember things can change at anytime and sadly accountant isn't part of the in demand job making it difficult to get ITA from outside canada

But you have to be strategic from day one:

✅ Know the province you’re targeting.
✅ Know the in-demand programs in that province.
✅ Understand what it takes to qualify—before you start applying to any school.

Don’t be like Badadvisor, choosing any program at any school without planning for the long run.

PR (Permanent Residence) is not guaranteed, but you have to select your best option to maximize your chances of success.
Be careful man, i won't warn you again.
Don't ever mention me again.

Most students are converting to assylum, many of them already paid 1 or 2 semesters fee which is almost 20k dollars and that's gone to waste.
If things were as smooth as they are claiming while would anyone stop schooling after paying such huge amount of money and decide to seek assylum.
It's hell here in Canada especially in Ontario.
Nothing is working out in this dead country anymore.
If you need thorough truths about reality check on ground in Canada you should go to Twitter(X), all these ones here on nairaland only enjoy deceiving people with lame pictures of infrastructures like timid villagers so people would think they are living the dream abroad lifestyle.

Papers papers papers bla bla bla, people are not moving abroad for any goddammit papers, Nigeria is the poverty capital of the world most people traveling are going there to find money and take care of their family.

This is the truth, but why do the majority of Nigerians in Canada pretend everything is okay when most are facing shege pro max? It's so sad to see a great nation fall apart while profiting from human misery. The Canadian government seems to be operating a Ponzi immigration scheme under the guise of a labor shortage, but in reality, there are no jobs—modern slavery in disguise!
Everyone knows is the truth they just keep lying to themselves and deceiving unsuspecting nairalanders and Nigerians to make them feel they are living a good life there.
Bro you are better off moving to the uk or south Africa than Canada. When you give them reality check they'd be talking about ease of getting papers bla bla bla, that's complete bullshit.
Who gives a fvck about papers? 85 percent of Nigerians are relocating abroad for financial reasons not because of papers that can take you more than 5 years to obtain, how'd you survive and pay your school fees to get your work permits and other bills in those years?
Alot of people in Canada are returning back to Nigeria after wasting all those money moving there in search of greener pastures.
They'd come online and claim to be living a good life but in reality majority of them are living in shared apartments and only very few are doing good for themselves.
Canada is hell right now, you're better off going to south Africa or uk than this useless country.
It doesn't even seem like a white man land anymore.

Nigerians are suffering here, they are suffering so badly. Forget all these stories these people are saying here.

All these pictures you're posting are completely useless.
Nigerians are suffering in Canada, people have been here for 1-2 years without a stable job, people are losing their home cos they couldn't keep up with the rent, people are dropping out of colleges cos they can no longer afford the new semester fee after coming here with the thought that they can work and pay it off, people are dropping shame behind and moving back to Nigeria after wasting millions of naira coming to this useless empty country and you keep posting these lame pictures without offering any tips to help them navigate the struggles. Nigerian are dying in this country and you guys don't want to say the truth openly so the new ones coming should know what's up.

Canada is a dead country, just big for nothing and empty. You better use that money to move to any country in Europe even if it's a non speaking English country instead of coming to Canada. Don't be deceived by these pictures you see online, the reality is far different from what you are seeing.

What's the x factor in getting a job here in Canada? Skills/Courses? Education/Degrees? Experience?

It's tough being an international student here. I'm likely to get a remote job from Nigeria than getting a physical job here in Ontario.

Even menial jobs aren't available, or am I doing something wrong?
You're not doing anything wrong. Canada is a dead country now.
The amount of Nigerians suffering in that country right now is scary. Students are dropping out after wasting millions of naira on school fees thinking they can work and pay off the balance.
Canada is useless, don't be deceived by those winter pictures of people in snow wearing winter wear. Just one big empty overrated country who allowed millions of immigrants in knowing fully well they can't cater for them.
