Are you submitting in Lagos? When I went to submit my wife’s own, they didn’t ask me for it…

Just go with what you have like your passport, two photocopies of your data page(colored), appointment letter and PPR letter..

Sent them an emotional email on Saturday and got a reply 4mins later. PPR came in 10:24am today.

I had to send them a compelling email though, I don't know if it worked or it was just coincidence

But only my PPR came out, still waiting for my wife and child's. My wife's BVL came on April 27, so I guess that's why her ppr is yet to drop. Hopeful to get it in a few days.

Funny thing is, my tracker status still shows "in progress" and I have already received the PPR

It was the longest wait of my visa application experience .
I'll like to thank everyone here who at one point or the other put informations on this platform, I read almost everything and I put them to good use.

Hello all, I thought to encourage all those that got BVL and waiting on PPR like me.
I applied 2022 April to visit a friend with my family,we were just a family of 3 last year when we applied but I have a 7month old now.
BLV dropped for the 3 of us on May 6 2023
I had notified IRCC about the new born sometimes in Nov 2022 through Webform.
I sent another webform last week to ask if I could send in my new born's application and I got a reply same day asking me to go ahead.
Meanwhile,I had tracked our own applications after BVL dropped and I saw the visa numbers but yet no PPR yet.
To cut the story short, I applied for the new born on 21st May 2023 and today 23rd of may 2023I got a notification for PPR for the baby.
Amazingly,the 2022 application was so that my wife could give birth to the same baby in canada but PPR didn't come till now but the baby we were planning for got PPR before us.
I pray for as many still trusting God for PPR, God will come through for you all and our expectations will not be cut off.(Amen)

BVL 13th of April ...
Visa number and expiring date already on tracker.

I think they are approving Visa based on purpose of visit...

My propose of visit:
Catholic church in Ontario invited me for Christmas celebration program.
Are they waiting to send PPR during Ember months or what?.

For my purpose of visit, can't even send an emotional letter😭😭😭😭..

I don’t think that’s what they are doing… just keep sending messages.. it will drop.. The longest I have seen is almost 2 months..

Just keep hope alive..

On VFS appointment for passport request, does one need to sign up on the appointment page or use existing log in details from the biometric capturing?

You can sign up with a new email if you want to.. I used a fresh email when I booked mine yesterday..

It’s like they are giving PPR to pple that got their BVL end of April, that means we the May BVL pple will soon start getting our own PPR.

If you got yours in May pls give us the date let’s know ourselves.

Mine came on the 6th of May.
