During my internship at a company we had two girls among us, and they couldn't do anything! Whenever we went into the plant to work they were more interested in recording videos on their phones to upload online whenever our supervisors weren't watching. This was not only distracting but also a violation of work ethics.

Whenever it was time to work in a confined space, fear wouldn't let them go in or even climb scaffold. They would stay outside and wait for us to do the work alone, then return to the office with us to enjoy A.C.

The funny thing is that they were always complaining about the heat in the plant, as if someone had forced them to study engineering in the first place. They selected tasks that were more convenient for them, as if their father owned the company. 😂
