I work with Nimasa, the salary is great but not like it's huuugggee

The government does do adverts for cbn, nimasa , etc and they fill them by quota.

The reason why they do not beg is that such jobs for places like that are oversubscribed

Take NNPC..some years ago, NNPC advertised for jobs. 45000 applied for 6500 jobs

Naturally many people would lose out, and some.of those people will.spread rumors that politics and tribe is why they lost out.

Army meanwhile , which also runs on.quota, is not getting some states to fill their quota hence the begging.

Apples.and oranges really
