That was no way a captain should behave I mean the way he was strolling off the pitch having lost a 2goal lead with 30 minutes to play.
I only blame the person who made him captain, one of the main characteristics of making a captain is to be a die hard player on and off the field. Run your f**king ass off if you get substituted whisper something into the ears of d player coming in even if you don't have anything to say. Be on your feet till game ends.
Who remembers Ronaldo at the last euro
Pls let's have Sokratis as our captain. His commitment and drive is second to none. We need to get a permanent seat for Xhaka on the bench.

This really hurts. 5 and a half years on awaiting trial? Eventually discharged and acquitted. That's cruel. Who will pay for the lost years? What a country..

But Nigeria was a serious country when one man's wife was filling her mouth with all she can hold and his side chick was doubling down on our treasury. You sir are the jester who thinks himself serious. Nigeria has reclaimed her lost respect after the years of the locust.
Nigeria has regained her lost respect indeed. Just listen to yourself.

Am glad that Buhari became president of Nigeria in 2015. Voting for him has been one of the best decisions I have ever taken in my life. Am glad I did in 2015 n 2019.
Why do I have this feeling that this was all a plot to bomb even Jonathan out of office. This your post summarizes all of it. Shey una dey happy now.

He's good but he plays in a farmer's league. Plus, the clip shows a dummy opposition; like one sent out to make him look good.

I am ALWAYS skeptical when Nigerian soccer players are hyped, regardless of where they are grown. It tends to fade pretty fast as they most likely cave in in the face of pressure.

1. Where is 'little Messi' Okoro today?
2. Nigerians ranted when Messi was awarded ahead of Mikel in the u20 world cup. Today, the results are there for all to see.
3. Where's Iheanacho today despite all the hype?

To be candid, I stopped being freak about Nigerian talents a long time ago. It is true they always come out brilliant but give them 7 years tops, and you'd see a different player, far from the previous.

Till tomorrow, the only Nigerian players I regard are Osaze Odemwingie, Obafemi Martins, a bit of Taye Taiwo, and Ahmed Musa. If you are not consistent and play at a certain level for a longer period, you are as good as being forgotten.

The world today does not remember Luiz Adriano despite his incredible power and talent.
So you really think Hull city is a dummy opposition or you just want to take a little shine off that guy? Nawaaoo. I don't agree with your analogy. That guy is pure gold. Naija should stop at nothing to grab him. I can only imagine our midfield with Eze and Aribo. Wow. I can only imagine.

My memory is poor and my history is weak.
Can someone remind me of what the North exported to the South?

Better still what the North has contributed to the country.
The north has been churning out terrorists.

Hmmm...
Although your caption is fallacious regarding the content.

In the remote village called Mararraba, Donga LGA of Taraba state is where NYSC deemed fit to push me to.
Crises and insecurities looming round about us;
To the left, Jalingo deadly crises.
To the right, Takum crises.
To the front, Donga main town Massacre and blood shed between the Tiv of Benue state and their sister Jukun/Ichen.
Adjacent, Wukari war zone between Tiv (Benue State) and the likes.
Not to mention Fulani Herdsmen and their random killings... moving about freely with AK-47 etc...even in the presence of soldiers.
To travel out of this place, one needs to ensure and wait for the route to be safe.

Yet you'll not see this in the news, not reported on the television screen or newspapers, buried within the circumference of the crazy state with its government gone mute.

Then a mere killing of three (3) policemen, the internet won't let us rest, or is it because it involves policemen, soldiers and a kidnapper?? Or does it mean our security agencies value one (1) of their own more than thousands of Tarabians??.
An issue that about 90% of Tarabians are not even aware of because there are a dozen of serious insecurity issues bothering them(us).

Waiting patiently to finish next month and get the hell out of here.

Bro. The deliberate silence our media is maintaining on the ongoing taraba crisis is wicked. People are being killed daily and only the unfortunate people trapped in the crisis are aware. This country needs help.

Naijafull19:
On a more serious note, I blame our Chirstian leaders for this kidnapping.

Nigerian Christians for the most part are Chrsitians on Sunday and unbeleivers the rest of the week. Chirstian governors are among the corruption cases we have in this country. Under the Christian leaderships of GEJ and OBJ, corruption was still present. And even now, many Chirstiians worship mammon and call it Christianity.

The truth is, if Chirstians had made Jesus lord of all their lives, we would be a better and more prosperous nation...as people do the right thing all the time. Things would work...because God requires Christians to do everyhting decently and in order. But because Chirstians are not being taught right by our pastors and sheperds and priests, and bishops, and cardinals, and archbishops and so on...to the point that we just hear sermon on Sunday, do bible study or catchesim on weekday, and go on living as if what we have heard does not make sense....well, what do we expect.?

High time we Chirsttians stopped being Sunday-Sunday christians. Them kidnappers might have been doing something different if more Chirstians had been a light in darkness.
Your position is based on the wrong premise that all christians in Nigeria are born again, God fearing people. It's not like that anywhere in the world. It's like alluding that to UK or US. The issue you don't realize is that corruption has been with us in Nigeria. No be today. What we lack are strong institutions and systems that can checkmate corrupt practices. Not paying lip service to corruption fighting.
