U would not be able to get an apartment for anything less than 1million usd. The people at Eko atlantic have realized this and are now targeting the extra wealthy diaspora who are buying this properties for long time. The people at konza, howeve, have not even started. They will meet the same stumbling block.

Lastly, konza would need more than just 1 19 century looking building to be ahead of Eko atlantic.
Eko atlantic, has Over 30 buildings in various levels of construion, including a mall and school.
