Afghanistan is not inside America, Hamas is not controlling territory inside Israel, those insurgents are not freely operating inside those countries

They pay over $3000 to legally get visas to work in Russia as low skilled professions such as security guards, factory workers etc. only to end up being recruited to fight on the front lines.

Soldiers and ex military in Kenya are paid well and have access to special facilities and allowances like their own hospitals, housing, clubs, pension, scholarships for kids, retirement benefits..etc
It's rare to see a poor ex military, they are among the respected professions and
wouldn't be desperate enough to be cannon fodder

This proves nothing. The country has outdated equipment, has a culture of theft of public resources,and doesn't produce its own munitions. Even the locally produced m4s are defective because they are prone to overheating

Kenya has been manufacturing some of it's own bullets and munitions since 1977 through the 'Kenya ordinance factory'
Although
some of the labeled bullets have found themselves into various conflicts including congo, somalia and recently used by the rsf in Sudan

In the medium to long term somalia has bigger issues to deal with
Right now somalia has so many break away regions with their own governments, two of the break away regions are already allied with the Kenyan govt(jubbaland and Somaliland), and not to mention they are struggling to hold back terrorists from taking the capital
