That means over 80% of the customers of the power sector pay below the production cost of 160 PER kwh

Add the fact that until the band A changes, everyone paid below the production cost, and add the fact that as much as 40% of people use electricity for free, and you will see why the discos and gencos don't have the cash to attract investment and give us light for 24/7
