Can you tell us your own figure from your own findings? Since you don't have your figure, so there's no way you can justify anything. If Isreal is decimated as you are thinking, they will stop the war immediately. Iran is 77 times bigger than Isreal. And they are 10 times the population of Israel. It will be easier for Isreal to sefeguard just 9M people compare to Iran with 90 million. Isreal has been fighting war for something now, building a strong defence system with Thier small size will be possible due to their small land mass. We have alot of stuffs in the media and if care is not taken you will be misinformed. Logically, Isreal are of disadvantage due to small land mass and small population. They can't bear it if Iran actually decimated Thier land. They also have bomb shelter too which no report that Iran has ever fired at. As for US, US bases might be hit but doesn't mean soldier will wait to die with the base. Its common sense that they will run In fact Iranian might have vacated most of Thier houses in Tehran, hence the death toll in Iran would have been more than 1200 masterfactor: |
If Africa can not stand shoulder to shoulder with the rest of the world, it's our fault. US, Russia and China have the power, they can do whatsoever they like. Law everywhere in the world is made for the weak. International law can't persecute US or Israel and Russia. Even if we can't reach thier level, at least we shouldn't be walk over for them I really like N. korea, US cant threaten them. Even Iran can't be threatened anyhow. If US raises against us to seize our resources, no one can stop them nairalanda1: |
We have been combating insurgents for more than 10 years and the end is not at sight. We need outsiders to help because obviously, we can't help ourselves. Too many saboteurs are clog in the wheel. How many of the soldiers are Yorubas and Igbos? Most of them are fulanis and Hausa, so do you see why it's gonna be difficult to send someone to fight his brothers The northern Elites are not helping matters too. We are all seeing the role they have been playing to give maximum protection for this people. Any president from the south is always careful because to avoid anarchy that may arise if he declares all round war on terrorist The northern may see it as confrontation and yorubas and Igbos in Thier midst will bear the brunt. It's not as easy as we think it is. Now, tinubu will understand what Jonathan went through during his time |
Tinubu is a liberal Muslim, I don't think he's that type of Muslim but he's a politician. He is putting his second term ambition above Nigeria interest. Remember, the core north has the population so, going against them outrightly might cost him his second term stanluiz: |
You are just talking out of emotion Dangote just like other businesss person will protect his business. Business of 20B USD is not a small business If he allows importation, what becomes of his business? You want his business to go down the drain? Remember, most of this importers are also like him, they want to make profit. They can decide to buy low quality fuel The only thing we should do is to encourage more people to build refineries Godfullsam: |
How has Lagos crippled other regions? I want us to criticise with valid and solid points. Yoruba has not been the only president since 1999, even An Ijaw man served as president for 6 years. Did he ever make attempt to open up those port and and the yorubas opposed it? Tinubu just came to power 3 years ago and you are blaming him as if he has been president for over 40 years. How many of our resources have been maximally utilized? Which of them in any of the region has operated at maximum level? The answer is clear. The truth is we don't have visionary leaders across all the regions. No region is holding another region. How many of the senators and representative from South east end South South has raised bills on referendum, restructuring and the yorubas opposed? I have heard many Igbos making that comment that the yorubas has held them tightly in Nigeria. There's no law that back Kanu up to demand for Biafra? But senators and representative could make laws that gives room for referendum and it will be accepted and welcomed phemray: |
We have already gone pass the peak of inflation. I don't think we are facing inflation like the pass years. We all agreed that subsidies must go for us to move on because all the 3 presidential candidates included subsidise removal in Thier manifesto. He may be poor in governance but it has pave way for someone with good governance Opidondon: |

The problem with us is, we are fond of passing the bulk of the blame to others. What have you done to make Nigeria a better place? What have I done to make Nigeria heaven on earth? We will discover that, nothing has been done. Just the way you and I are indifferent about Nigeria progress the same way our leaders are showing indifferent attitude toward Nigeria. The aforementioned countries are good because the people, I mean the citizens are good. Good citizens will always produce good leaders. In the other hand, bad citizens will produce bad leaders. Good citizens don't produce bad leaders while bad citizens don't produce good leaders. We are our leaders. Even if Tinubu is not there, whosoever that's in charge won't change anything because we are bad Notfogotten: |
They have not justified the reason for possessing private jets at all. What's the impact of thier numerous churches on the society? Nothing. Have churches reduced crime in Nigeria? The answer is no. When the impart of church has not yet be felt in Nigeria so, why taking the gospel to 197 countries. The reason why people are criticizing them is not because of thier gospel has no impact. Atleast the gospel should reduce crime in Nigeria. Instead of buying private jets, why can't they use the money to build industries? Industries will have much impart on our society than big cathedrals. Many people are Into crime because there's no job. I don't think building gigantic churches, buying jets which will take the church alot of fortune to maintain is the best options. They are just behaving like Nigeria politicians, who are not productive. Provide industries, most of our challenges will be solved immediately But the churches will never do that. More industries means less people in the church and less money and church will gradually fade The reasons why so many people are in the church is because they are less busy. Busy people don't have time for church. Busy people don't have time for some prayer points like because most of the prayer points are not necessary StillDtruth: |
[we are not ready yet, I think it's the work of all of us to orient other Nigerians. We need to change our mindset about how things work we have been programmed that suffering is part of life, we have it that heaven is somewhere up there in the sky. I tell you, heaven is a state, hell is also a state not places. We can live heaven on earth or hell on earth likewise. We should stop depending on miracle. We should start using our head and hands to work and to solve our problems I was privileged to talk to some Hausa boys today. I told them that they should bear it in mind that, if they don't work, they will continue to live in abject poverty. They should stop depending on people to solve their problems. The reason why they are tools in the hand of politicians is because they are poor. I gave an illustration, I said if you have 500k in your account, will someone beguile you with 2k for vote? They all echoed no I also advised them not to marry if they don't have work at hand. Any child or children they born will end up becoming beggers in the streets I think someone will pick my words While they were screaming inside stadium, opening their dirty mouth and polluting the entire Europe with mouth odour in a stadium, other countries were collecting Olympic medals in stadiums
|
That's why we are backward in Africa. We want to take the easy route to get things done. I don't believe in miracle even though it may exist. I believe in man solving man problem using science. A lady that wanted me to write her thesis last year was busy praying and fasting that God may touch my heart to write it instead of using the same energy to pray that God should grant her that skill to write the thesis. We don't want to invest in science and technology to solve most of our challenges. We will rather invest in religion activities that adds nothing to the economy. We have the largest church auditorium in the world yet we still house the poorest people on earth. What has religion contributed to Nigeria? |
harmony940:providing enabling environment is the major way of building the economy Enabling environment through Setting up problem solving educational system. The education will have presently only offer certificate not problem solving skills. The country ends up producing graduate who are now burdens to the country instead of assets. We have numerous challenges in Nigeria which only Nigerians can solve but we are yet to develop the adequate mental capacity to solve them. Getting rid of all obstacles to development which religion is one of them. Religion practiced in Nigeria provides mental enslavement enslavement, anti- science and weak societal development. Most Nigerians believe in miracles instead of using science to solve thier problems just like countries like China, Japan etc. The only thriving system in Nigeria is religion. We have more churches than industries in Nigeria. I won't even mention other things that are contained in provision of enabling environment. Once the citizens are mentally equipped, definitely, the leaders will be and solutions to our numerous challenges will naturally find thier way out Even if we start now, it will takes 1 or 2 decades before the effect will be fully visible |
Most of the demands are not realistic. increasing salary is not the main point. Let them work on stable and reduced cost of living. Ensure our refineries start working. Provide adequate security for our farmers so that we can have food security |
Do you believe God is every? Do you also believe God is holy? Let me also ask you one question, when believers are having sex, whether Muslim or christian, does he see them |
Bros, but Jesus drank alcohol How? we have wine in the scripture and then strong wine. what they drink then is the normal wine if you know, you won't you won't get addicted to it, you can continue but know that many people who will get addicted to it will copy you. how will you account for their lives. its not all about you, its all about people who will fall because of you. I doubt if God will let you go free |
hmm. Drinking Alcohol is a controversial issue, Christian needs to be careful about it 1. the damage excessive intake of alcohol will cause is not the same with excessive eating, we should remember, Noah and lot, they caused problem to their generations because of alcohol 2. we have many baby Christians who are growing up in faith whose level of self control might not be able to control the appropriate volume of alcohol to be taken. mature Christian even though they may be able to resist excess alcohol must consider the weak ones in faith by staying away from Alcohol. 3. is it a must to take alcohol? is it irreplaceable? if its not mandatory, so why the argument? note anyone that we follow me, MUST DENY HIMSELF, carry his cross daily and follow me Believers must also deny themselves of something even privileges like alcohol |

no tribe can be considered as coward. the igbos that fought war for 3 years or the Yoruba's that had series of war in her history are not coward. leader has a role to play since they speak and take decision for their followers. if you have coward leader the tribe may look like his leader. imagine having fela as a Yoruba leader, Yoruba might consider seceding |
all comments are correct giving amnesty to BH forced into the group itself Is not bad but the southerner do not trust the northerner. all the agendas even the good ones are suspicious. How are will sure there is no interior motive behind the rehabilitation and the amnesty program? if they have been sincere with us may be trust would have been built and this will have been accepted without questioning. comparing BH to Niger Delta militants is ridiculous and absurd. we know their course of struggle and immediately they were given they surrendered their weapons and peace started reigning. sincerely speaking we don't know the purpose of BH struggle and granting them amnesty may not likely solve the problem but aggravate it. |
