The reasons why so many people are in the church is because they are less busy. Busy people don't have time for church. Busy people don't have time for some prayer points like because most of the prayer points are not necessary

That's why we are backward in Africa. We want to take the easy route to get things done. I don't believe in miracle even though it may exist. I believe in man solving man problem using science. A lady that wanted me to write her thesis last year was busy praying and fasting that God may touch my heart to write it instead of using the same energy to pray that God should grant her that skill to write the thesis. We don't want to invest in science and technology to solve most of our challenges. We will rather invest in religion activities that adds nothing to the economy. We have the largest church auditorium in the world yet we still house the poorest people on earth. What has religion contributed to Nigeria?

Setting up problem solving educational system. The education will have presently only offer certificate not problem solving skills. The country ends up producing graduate who are now burdens to the country instead of assets. We have numerous challenges in Nigeria which only Nigerians can solve but we are yet to develop the adequate mental capacity to solve them.
Getting rid of all obstacles to development which religion is one of them. Religion practiced in Nigeria provides mental enslavement enslavement, anti- science and weak societal development. Most Nigerians believe in miracles instead of using science to solve thier problems just like countries like China, Japan etc. The only thriving system in Nigeria is religion. We have more churches than industries in Nigeria.
I won't even mention other things that are contained in provision of enabling environment. Once the citizens are mentally equipped, definitely, the leaders will be and solutions to our numerous challenges will naturally find thier way out

Even if we start now, it will takes 1 or 2 decades before the effect will be fully visible

Most of the demands are not realistic. increasing salary is not the main point. Let them work on stable and reduced cost of living. Ensure our refineries start working. Provide adequate security for our farmers so that we can have food security
