[b]This is just for those who castigate FEMI(Technical Guy in hitv).From my own obeservation the guy is nice because i was there at HITV office Last week for the upgrade of my decorder and it took me less than 20 min to upgrade my decorder. Please we shld give him time because he is the only guy there managing the technical aspect now.(I still mentain my stand on FEMI).

But there is one thing i still don't get, why do i keep on setting the time of my decorder every time i change to another channel. Each time i change to another channel i will have to correct the time of the decorder before the EPG can give me accurate programmes. Also on the Auto scan, if i press ok it will scan again while all the channel there will still remain but the scanning will add same channel again, Is there noway that Auto scan can be short down. Like me i know what to do but my kids wont have the idea of what to do when they see the Auto scan. I always EXIT whenever the Auto scan is shown. By that way i will still retain my present channel. Please more explanation.[/b]

Hi urfriend thanks for the reply. But the problem is the line at the office there. i said it took me three hours to get to pay for my subscription. Is it always better during the weekdays?

NB: what about the BISCON issue is not showing only displaying scramble[color=#990000][/color]

Urfriend thanks very much for all the contribution you have been given on the forum. Please can't HITV make the upgrade avaliable on there site so we can download and upgrade our system there instead of going to there office. Like me i can't imagine spending Three to four hours on the line, like what happen to me two weeks ago when i was trying to pay for my subscription.Please something should be done in this accept.

NB: Please what happen to BISCON? it has not been showing on my system again. but its only showing scaramble

[b][/b][i][/i]Hi all, pls i do i use this EPG thing. Do i need to upgrade my decorder before using it or not. Have been trying it with my remote but its not given me the list of programmes. All what it does was to show me date and channels that am in as at that time.Can any one explain what to do for me proparly. Ur friend pls assist too.
