To answer ur question, I barely spend 3months altogether in a year in Nigeria.. The Germans, American and all that u mentioned are responsible for everything around u, from the clothes u wear, the car u drive, the air conditioner and even the phone u are typing with.. Those are human problems solved..
Now my point is, in our case, bad governance, corruption etc are self created and can & should be solved by humans instead of disturbing God with prayers..
