Please help. I'm applying to a school now and under the option of finance, I chose "Scholarship/Sponsor", then I put Uncle/Guardian. They now request that I upload confirmation of the sponsorship. Should I go ahead and upload his bank statement of account (dated mid June) or just a letter confirming that he'll be responsible for financing my studies? Thanks |

Good morning All, Please I need advice and help on choosing a path here based on certain conditions! I have about 5 years industrial experience in Electrical, Instrumentation and control with some good knowledge in project management. Now, I had an admission to study Instrumentation and Control at Glasgow Caledonian Uni but I don't mind applying to another university. I am looking at pursuing international project management but I'm not so sure of the job prospects for that in the UK. I need to do a course that's in high demand, and or very relevant in that country. I've seen project management, machine learning and a few programs online but it's better to seek advice from people who have stayed in the UK . To add, I am very versatile and can do well in STEM fields. I also have Level 5 Advanced National Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering with City and Guilds, UK. Acquired this in an affiliated institution here in Nigeria. Perhaps I can use that to secure a reasonably good job during my 1 year postgraduate studies. I need your honest advice and support please. Thanks in anticipation. |

ESTA denied option for the F-1 visa may not be the right choice. There are more options there that suites your visa status. Tega1986: |

Hello All, While applying for a new visa appointment, the part to select visa priority is not showing on the website. Wanted to pick "previously denied" but I still have it as "Regular" Meanwhile, The page still shows "Your passport is still with the US Embassy/Consulate" Can I go ahead with that or what is the way forward? Thanks |

Hello my experienced people. Please I need help ASAP. I applied for Engineering Physics program and SEVIS placed it as "Physics" on my I-20 letter. A) Should I put it as it is "Physics" on my DS-160 form and then explain to the VO that I'll specialize in Engineering Physics? Or otherwise Meanwhile, the school told me this when I asked for a change: It cannot be changed. They do not know why SEVIS made it that way. The CIP code for Engineering Physics is 40.0801 which is also considered to be "Physics, General" *This is the information that must be in SEVIS. For some reason, SEVIS considers 40.0801 to be "Physics, General." It is okay that the name does not exactly match up with the name of your program because the CIP code matches. It is correct and cannot be changed to anything else*. Thanks in anticipation of your response. |

Please help me with answer to this question o Have you ever been refused a U.S. Visa, or been refused admission to the United States, or withdrawn your application for admission at the port of entry? Me: I was denied the first time. Reason: I can't even explain because the VO didn't give me time to even say love-vendor. Sincerely, I was shocked as the interview didn't last 30 secs. However, what I discovered on my F-1 letter then was that the guy I paid to assist me with admission back then went ahead to process an Associate degree from a college I didn't send him to. He literally messed me up. So I felt that might be the reason. So How do I explain this on the new DS-160 form now? PS: This time I applied by myself for the MSc. Thanks in anticipation of your responses. 2 Likes |
