Requirements
• Ensure all shipments received and sent out are made according to design processes.
• Ensure all shipments received and sent out are complete.
• Ensure all items are sorted in the demarcated locations for onward delivery/movement.
• Ensure counts done are confirmed by the security personnel on the ground and the driver brings in and takes out
• shipments.
• Resolve all sorters issues and escalate to a supervisor were necessary.

• Ensure all parcel moves in and out within their SLA (Service Level Agreement) timeline.
• Follow up on all package exception reports and ensure they are taken care of within the appropriate timeframe.
• Ensure drivers and dispatch deliver/drops off shipments on time and appropriate updates are done.
• Ensure all delivery and drop off updates are done appropriately.
• Ensure all records of all shipments coming in and going out of the location are kept.
• Comply too in-house safety and security rules.
• Ensure safe practice at all times.
• Ensure proper housekeeping at all times.


Requirement
• Minimum of BSC/HND
• 1 - 2 years of warehouse/inventory management experience
• Problem analysis and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Knowledge of Ms suite and other relevant computer applications
