I came across some news reports which show that Trump picked an Openly Gay man as US Ambassador to Germany!

One of the main reason many Nigerians support Trump is his supposed anti gay stand. How then does one explain him appointing an openly gay man as an ambassador to represent the US?

Many people on nairaland talked about how Trump was going to cancel gay laws. Not only has that not happened but now he even appoints an Openly Gay man as Ambassador which is a feather in the cap of the gay movement.

It makes one question if Trump is actually anti gay or simply playing to the gallery since he knows most of his supporters are anti gay?

Don't forget that secret service spent 500k dollars a day guarding his wife and son inTrump towers because they refused to move to the white house for about 6 months.
Said they didn't want to change their son's school yet but all other Presidents made that sacrifice that comes with the job.

Just imagine if Mrs. Obama had stayed in another town with the kids and cost tax payers 500k per day . The Republican Hypocrites would have had her head!

Don't forget also that Trump makes money from the secret service on each trip because they would pay Trump towers for accomodation to secure his wife a son before they eventually moved to the white house. Secret service also has to pay for accommodation at LA Mago when he goes to play golf basically every weekend.

The army had to pay a big settlement for the last case in which some soldiers stripped a woman.

The law does not empower soldiers to "punish civilians"

Nigeria actually has one of the lowest life expectancy in the world.


So when you look at those statistics you realize it's as dire as people paint in terms of life span esp as it relates to Nigeria
