You're overthinking it for sure, but I know that feeling. After my last relationship ended I felt lost and wanted to fill the void immediately just like you. But with time I realized that this the perfect opportunity to invest in myself and raise my self-esteem instead of wasting my resources into questionable relationships. Now I prefer using services like this one and get what I want, I mean to meet gorgeous girls and have fun with them. You said you're not looking for advice but you still made this thread. Just pull yourself together because life's too short to doubt anything.

My former landlord here in Benin city tried something like this to me, because I had one month left before I packed out and my things were still there, I locked the room.

After several warnings and threats, I still didn't open the door.

One night around 11pm, I started seeing cockroaches flying in my room, but my surprise is that my door is locked, Windows locked, my friends door is opened, we share same flat. No cockroach in his room, but more than 100 cockroacheas flying in my room. I killed all.

Woke up in the morning to see that he has already came to beg I open the door.

Well, that sucks. It seems I'm not the only one who suffered from such abuse by a landlord. But I can't deny that's a very ingenious way to make the tenant move out. But that was a long time ago, now thanks to the articles like this which I found via the Internet I'm fully prepared for such assault.
