I would suggest using infra-heat ionic dryer such as MHU or Conair ones. You can try using it with ion disperser, that should definitely eliminate frizz for sure until you wash you hair again. I wish I knew all these when I had mine. Cats have problem with cow milk, chocolate, caffeine, paracetamol and in all, they are animals and as animals, they should be treated like kids. Make sure you deworm her regularly.
