Good talk Azeola, what we need to do to support Comandclem now is very simple.
Thousand of patentee view this forum, thousand view Comandclem patentee forum also. We need at least 300 patentee to signify themself from this state Abuja, Lagos, Ogun and Ibadan patentee who is also ready to travel to this area before your it comes to your state can also signify. We need to do that within 2 to 3 weeks. Let see how we respond now !

In Summary we need at least 300 patentee from Lagos, Abuja, Ogun and Ibadan to signify themself which state they belong. I can remember very well in 2008 when National Assembly Abuja talk about Comandclem, but we lack follow up.

There were two cases in supreme court today, the case btw Rivers and akwa ibom; CCNL and mobil. the akwa ibom case came first followed by our own case at about 12pm. The same lawyer that won the case for Akwa ibom today( somebody Ibom and not Mike)was also to handle Mobil's case today immediately after the Akwa ibom's, and he said, i qoute " I actually did not know that the case was for today, i tot it was tomorrow. i left the documents in my hotel room " you know what? the new attorney General of the federation, was left with no option than to suspend proceedings, which is not out of place to do... more there is to know, that we can not disclose here. Greeting fellow Patentees, sorry for showing up late, its as a result of issues beyond my control. I actually witnessed what happened today at the Supreme court. It happened exactly as Emmmyax reported. One of the Mobil Lawyers that claimed it was by coincidence that he met the case in court today, held that he thought that the first hearing of the case is meant to hold tomorrow being 11th of July. The case first hearing was hence adjourned to 29th of January 2013, as it was said that the Judges were going for their annual vacation this week.

He forgot the doc in his hotel room ! ! Is a plan work !! !! Our lawyer as said it. Yesterday court sitting in UYO was postpone without sitting !
We all know the plan. Go to the post have posted here and read what i called mobil tricks in Comandclem cross appeal. Read and digest it. They are playing hide and seek game.
Let help Comandclem in this way i propose or will follow our normal way.
But i still believe in Comandclem any day any time.

Now my take;
I understand from the drama exhibited by the Mobil lawyer, that Mobil is actually trying to play smart by feigning ignorant to buy time for itself and make Comandclem and Comandclem Patentees tired, frustrated and loose faith in this just cause.
My advice;
I am appealing to my fellow Patentees to be strong and never loose faith in Comandclem. I believe that whatsoever happened today is one of things in the script as divinely programmed and arranged. As Someone said while we were leaving the courtroom, "atleast we would have more time to pray". Let me assure you once more, No matter how long it would take, victory for sure awaits us. As I have always said, I might not be sure of alot of things but am so sure of this; victory await us for sure!

How stupid mobil lawyer is to forget he as a case in supreme court for that matter !
Do we have a body who is in charge of that area in making sure that happens not ?
They know they are finish, they are trying to buy time upon time. They are trying to bring 2019 nearer. They try to kill baba. They are trying slow patentee down. They forget to reply since 2009.
But our lawyer did not forget he as a case in supreme court today ? But mobil does.

Fellow patentee its truly sad to hear such news but its not for us to lose faith in God and our unity towards the victory of comandclem over mobil. THE CASE HAS BEEN ADJOURNED TILL 29TH JAN 2013 BECAUSE MOBIL LEAD LAWYERS MIKE OZEKHOME SAN, EYIMOFE ATAKE SAN WERE NOT IN THE COURT, THIS REASON WAS GIVEN BY ONE OF MOBIL LAWYER UDOM UDOM, which claim to have came for another case of Akwa Ibom state Vs Cross River state judgement on 76 oil well. He said they thought the case was for tomorrow which is today.
HE SAID Eyimofe Atake SAN made mistake in communicating the hearing date to other lawyer.
UDOM UDOM who is present for other case can never ever lead the case even if he come with the documents.
Where is Mobil lead councils. MIKE OZEKHOME AND EYIMOFE ATAKE SAN ? They are the mobil lead council not UDOM UDOM. UDOM UDOM is a subordinate laWYER.
From my own point they abscond ! !
