Update:She has refused to go with me to report to the police,saying she doesn't want to raise the issue.She's in church now and can't come to see me because her shoe is tight.Something is not right about the whole picture.
I am broken.Maybe I should just break up with her.

I want to take her with me this morning to report this matter but a brother is short on a few naira..that's why I asked if there are any charges. However,I must get to the root of this!

I've never been at a police station to report a rape case or any case at all.Please,what r d procedures? Do we need to pay money to be heard?

Do what is RIGHT first, and you guys should go to the nearest police station to report this crime, and hopefully catch the demon who did this. Let her tell her side of the story and, if possible, be there for her... As this is what a rape victim need at that moment (aka emotional support).

If her story/action makes little sense, you don't believe her or else, then you have all the rights to walk away.

Yes,she knew d culprit,she told me how it happened,at a hotel room where she went wit d sister to see her man,(her man being d culprit),she didn't go to the police,i don't know y,n I can't say for for sure if she's traumatized or not..having answered some of diz questions,are u still of d opinion that she's lying?

Does she know the culprits? How did it happen and where did it happen, did she explain that to you ? Did she go to the police if yes does she have a case if not why didn't she go ? After she sent a text did you go to her straight away to make sure that she's okay ? Does she seem to be traumatised lately or she's normal as if nothing happened ?

But if it happened sha sorry you'll be fine , what does your conscious tell you, Do you trust her or believe her? But to be honest I think she's lying

After two text messages from her saying she was sorry and she wanted me to forgive her,I raised eyebrows(I mean if she was truly raped,why should.she.be sorry? )..Then when I called her,she wasn't even sounding like someone who's traumatized.It was when she realized I was very pissed that she called back with a sadder tone of voice.

It was her sister's boyfriend who raped,as she allegedly put it.

Backdate to 2014 when I met her.Long story short,We both fell in love,she fell deeper though.
