Is it mandatory to send in 6 months bank statement, while not 3 months. I was reading on https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/549692/Visitor_Supporting_Documents_Guide_-_English_version.pdf and it did not say anywhere 6 months it just said bank statement. Can anyone shed some light on this. |

toscott:You don't have to be worried, escalation does not dwindle your chance in any way. They are supposed to give reasons for not too straight forward applications but unfortunately they don't. Just wait and see what happens, wish you all the best |

toscott:You need to let your company know ASAP of the application status, not straight forward means they are gonna do more verfication on your documents or they might need to speak to your employer or you in the future. If your employer are so desperate for you to start then they may consult a lawyer on your behalf. |
