Is it mandatory to send in 6 months bank statement, while not 3 months. I was reading on https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/549692/Visitor_Supporting_Documents_Guide_-_English_version.pdf and it did not say anywhere 6 months it just said bank statement.
Can anyone shed some light on this.

Hello House,

I am currently in the UK and am applying for Tier 2 visa from Tier 4 visa. I am filling the Tier 2 application but there is no section to fill in dependant details and my wife is here with me also on Tier 4 dependant.

How can I correct this or do I need to apply for her separately?

Your response will be appreciated.
Look closely, there is a section for dependant on the online form. I did Tier 2 from
Tier 4 as well

I just got US visit visa (B1). So I intend travelling to U.K. To my see my mum (she's got indefinite stay on her passport) for 2 weeks and I travel to US from U.K. I work in a tier 1 commercial bank. With a salary of N359,000. Worked there for 2 years 5 months. I have N1m in my account. My mum is funding the trip.

Please advise. Thanks
You should be good to go

Update
So i told my agent in the U.k about the not straightforward email and he called ukvi. In his language ' he was mad at them for saying its not straightforward and not giving the reasons why'. He said they apologised and told him dey will contact me very shortly. He also claimed he had escalated it to the next level whatever that means. It has been over 48hrs now and no response from UKVI. I hope the agent has not gone to scatter everything for me now.

You don't have to be worried, escalation does not dwindle your chance in any way. They are supposed to give reasons for not too straight forward applications but unfortunately they don't.
Just wait and see what happens, wish you all the best

Money lodgement is any significant amount of fund entering into your account within six months that is out of trend. It does not matter if the money is yours or not. Many applicants get into trouble trying to explain these fund. It is not possible not to touch your salary unless you're working in more than one place. You will find it difficult to convince the ECO why your salary is not touched. Be the way how much is your salary per month? If you have multiple income sources, then mention it your online application form and provide documents to support it.
@ ekpotek it is possible not to touch your salary of you trade in forex ( but that can be explained with trade history) if you are using a trader however might be difficult to prove.

Hi house.
New to this forum.
Applied for a Tier 2 priority and did biometrics on 24th of July
Got a mail that it is been prepared for consideration by ECO on 25th July.
Got a mail today from SHEFco that application is not straightforward bla bla........
Any idea please what this means and when i should expect a decision email?
Date of work resumption is 1st of August hence the priority. Many thanks
You need to let your company know ASAP of the application status, not straight forward means they are gonna do more verfication on your documents or they might need to speak to your employer or you in the future. If your employer are so desperate for you to start then they may consult a lawyer on your behalf.

Hello Great People. It is close to a month now yet no email from Sheffield. The last email I got was that they couldn't reach a decision in 15 days though I paid for priority service. Please what do you suggest I do? Thanks.

Best advice is for you to wait

Hi guys,
Getting concerned by all the things I've been reading.
Biometrics - 20th June
Called for escalation - 26th July, I was told I'd get a feedback in 15 working days latest (17th Aug)
Travel date - 20th Aug

Business Visit Visa < 6months.

ARE THERE STILL PEOPLE WHO SUBMITTED BEFORE THE 20TH AND HAVEN'T RECEIVED THEIR VISAS..?

Cheers
Yes there are people who submitted before and on the 20th of June both in lag and Abuja that are still awaiting decision.
