3. How to be angry without sinning

- Name it fast: “I’m angry because X happened.” Don’t pretend it’s not there.
- Pause before reacting: Give yourself 10 min. Anger + impulsivity = regret.
- Direct it at the problem, not the person’s worth: “That action was wrong” vs “You’re trash”.
- Set a boundary or speak up calmly: Deal with it, don’t bury it.
- Don’t let it camp overnight: “Do not let the sun go down” means resolve it, forgive it, or at least release the desire to retaliate before you sleep.
