Let us be objective in our thoughts. Big Cities with large population will mostly reveal lit up areas. The Kenyan situation isn't bad. I don't know why Kazikazi is blowing things out of proportion. We have better connectivity than most countries in Sub Saharan Africa,that's a fact!
