1. How come certain areas get 24hrs power while others don't get?
2. Does MD knows which area gets more should the engineer increase the hours from rationing? For example Ugep town Cross River ( just illustration even though this town exist ) gets 6 hrs daily but the engineers increase it to 8hrs. Would the MD detect it?

Switch off appliances that you are not using and watch you bills reduce. Stop using yellow bulb because they consume more watts than the white one ( energy saving bulbs). Switch off fans not in use, and put on those appliances that you are using.
