No sane person can continue keeping a liability like Fashola regardless his political appendages, if Fashola could not give us 12hrs electricity, he is supposed to have affected nationwide distribution of pre paid meters. where we don't see electricity, we save our money, that is the right thing to do. Frustrated by false promises of federal government to pay promotion arrears, outstanding salaries, and other allowances owed federal officers, organised Labour under the auspices of Association of Senior Civil Servants of Nigeria (ASCSN) has resolved to shut down the Government unless these debts are paid on or before Monday 18th September 2017.
In a press statement issued in Lagos yesterday, ASCSN secretary-general, Comrade Alade Bashir Lawal, regretted that for more than two years, the federal government had been promising to pay federal officers their outstanding entitlements without doing so.
“It is rather unfortunate that the same federal government that has given state governments bailouts up to three times to settle the entitlements owed their workers, takes delight in punishing its own employees by denying them their legitimate benefits,” the Union stated.

Aviation is diiff cos he want appointed as minister of state for transport, he has a clear responsibility, i wish pmb had done it to most, like minister of state for works, ministry for PWH, So the guy will know is clear mandate, or Minister of State foreign affairs (Africa)

I believe Ministers of states are not to be blamed, the system does not favor them, you hardly see Ministers like Heineken, Baba shafuri etc
