I don't know, admission is always random, you can't for sure say this is the number of students that would be admitted...

But then, the last list I checked last year, I'm certain I didn't see any department with up to 10 students

He could get 180 and get admitted, yet he could get 262 and not, just because someone else got 263

Non catchment admission is quite complicated, easy to get, yet easy to lose

1. Argentina loss
Paraguay must lose and Peru must lose by more goals than Argentina. This qualifies Argentina ahead of Peru on goal difference.

2a. Argentina draw
Paraguay must not win and Peru must win Colombia by 2+ goals. This qualifies Argentina ahead of Colombia on goal difference.

2b. Argentina draw
Paraguay must not win and Colombia must win Peru. This qualifies Argentina ahead of Peru on goal difference.

These are long shots but after the early morning results, it's not impossible.

Non catchment state is usually a state per department. You'll never see more than one Deltan in any department. but make no mistake, there are Deltans here, and you have a very functional association too
