Penalties are scored by luck. Messi is still our best PK taker, it's not like he played an awful PK, the goalie saved it, so it's kudos to Hart. Messi hasn't lost a decisive PK this season, has he? And we won the match (yesterday's), thanks to messi's genius

There's always a designated penalty taker for every team, and no other player can take it while that player is still on the pitch, except of course he allows it
