Hmmm I just came into Portharcourt and I'm heading towards the old GRA area from the airport. While on the journey, I noticed something,that anywhere u have Hon Dakuku's picture and Buhari, buhari's face is covered with black paint while that of Dakuku is not painted. Incase you don't know, Dakuku is the flag bearer of the APC and I can tell you this was not carried out by PDP supporters because if it were the supporters of the PDP, I am sure they would have covered the face of dakuku too but in all areas I went to, none of Dakuku's face was covered with paint. So I guess APC in Rivers state does not even believe in buhari and don't want to associate their candidate with him. I heard dakuku is even campaigning for president jonathan as he has never been seen in public asking Rivers people to vote for Buhari.

Hmmm this now brings me to the question of... Are you sure Ameachi is not playing games with Wike?

An internal audit reports of the Federal Ministry of Education have indicted Rivers State Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) governoship candidate, Nyesom Wike.
The audit reports were for 2013 and 2014, when the Rivers PDP’s standard bearer was in charge at the Federal Ministry of Education.
Following the 2011 general elections, Wike was made the Minister of State for Education and was later elevated as the Supervising Minister of Education. But with the 2014 appointment of Mallam Ibrahim Shekarau as the substantive ministe, Wike reverted to his former position.
He resigned last year to seek nomination of the PDP to succeed Governor Rotimi Amaechi.
Wike, a former Chief of Staff, Government House, Port Harcourt and a two-term Chairman of Obio/Akpor Local Government Area of Rivers State, denied the issues raised in the audit reports.
The PDP candidate, who spoke through the Chairman of Media and Publicity Committee of his campaign organisation, Emma Okah, said: “The issues raised in the purported audit reports are false, unfounded and a figment of the imagination of the originators.”
The auditors expressed shock that after resigning as minister, late last year, Wike refused to hand over five official vehicles of the Federal Ministry of Education.
The audit report noted: “Recently, representatives of the ministry were sent to the former Minister of State for Education (Wike) to recover the five official vehicles with him, as is the normal procedure, but he blatantly refused handing over the vehicles.
“It was later discovered that he had already offered one of the vehicles, a Toyota Landcruiser Sports Utility Vehicle (SUV) to the Rivers State Chairman of the PDP (Chief Felix Obuah). The vehicles he is yet to hand over are: two Toyota Land Cruiser Jeep, a Toyota Prado jeep, a Toyota Lexus jeep and a Toyota Pickup (Hilux).”
The 2013 revelation by the auditors involved N2.9 billion, consisting of N2.4 billion for the Millennium Development Goals’ (MDGs’) intervention projects in schools in the six geo-political zones and N500 million for monitoring of the MDGs’ projects.
The audit report on the MDGs’ projects in schools stated: “None of these projects was fully executed. This is in direct contradiction of extant financial regulations. Payments were made for the projects, even as none was executed. He garnered a total of 70 points out of 118 points representing 59.32% of the total points. Lagos State governor Babatunde Fashola settled for the second position accumulating a total of 14 points representing 11.86%. While Godswill Akpobio the Governor of Akwa Ibom state came third with a total of 10 points representing 8.48%.

Agriculture: Rivers State Governor Chibuike Amachi emerged the best governor in Agricultural sector by accumulating a total of 8 point out of 16 representing 50% of the total points. Governor Ahmed Abdulfatah came second with a total point of 3 representing 18.75% while Anambra state Governor Willi Obiano came third with a total point of 2 representing 12.5%.

Infrastructure: In infrastructure Akwa Ibom State Governor Godswill Akpabio came tops with a total of 9 points out of 22 points representing 40.91% of the total points. The Rivers state Governor Chibuike Amaechi came second with a total of 6 points representing 27.27%. Lagos State governor Babatunde Fashola came third after securing 5 points representing 22.73%.

Education: In Education the Rivers State Governor Chibuike Amaechi came tops with a total of 17 points out of 23 points representing 73.91% of the total points. The Imo State governor came second after securing 5 points representing 21.73%. While the Lagos State Governor Babatunde Fashola came third with 1 point representing 4.357%.

Health: In Health the Rivers State governor Chibuike Amaechi came tops with a total of 20 points out of 21 representing 95.24% of the total points. Lagos State governor Babatunde Fashola came second with 1 point representing 4.76%.

Security: In security Lagos State governor Babatunde Fashola came tops with 4 points out of 12 points representing 33.33%. The non indigenes have being re-instated back with some payment of backlog of salary...early this year....my aunt as a rivers person is a beneficiary and she has put in 22years of service...

Chieeeee.. our governor nay waooooo..... so you are just playing politics with our salary. Their is GOD oooooooo. Governor try next time to keep to ur word. marcodura: These trial times (delayance) of salary, seems to be like EBOLA VIRUS. But remember we've overcome all deadly viruses all- the- day- long, i.e since August, 2012.
Its not easy, pals, that we've not been paid, i'm inclusive. But i've learnt a lesson from this scenario.

The lesson I learnt since last year's salary wahala is......never depend solely on govt pay for survival but make it an addition.....whether its a kiosk,home teacher,,on call teacher,waec runs person,provision shop,evening/part time job,etc...jus do....

Most civil servants have not bin paid..only those using zenith,ecobank den I tink skye bank,.....fcmb,union,diamond and others let's keep hope b4 d end of 2day..the govt wud give a go ahead......the rationing payment dey tire person
