Please advice. Why does my throttle suddenly stop working while im driving on the highway? I would have to park and then wait a few seconds and re start. this will happen again after about 10km. This happens almost every day. Please reply. Thanks.

Yes. It has been on before i bought the car. Even when the engine was changed few months ago it remained on.

5 days ago i was driving my Altima '03. Suddenly my throttle stopped and the reve came down to 2000RPM then lower. The car slowed down to snail speed. I tried pumping the thruttle but the car wont go more than 1500RPM. I swithced off and turned back on and it picked up and drove normally only for it to happen some hours later. It has happened everyday since then. Every time it happened i wait 2 minutes and switched back on and it runs normal. Please whats the problem? 

Haba!!! nigerians how can a car do 65k within a year? fear God o! is it doing haulage from Kaduna to Ph to Lagos? in any case will 1m do the trick? If ur in lagos let me know.

Has anyone noticed in recent time that LASTMA is getting worse. This body was set up by the former governor of Lagos state to reduce the menace of traffic infringments in Lagos. but for the past 2 years this body like the Nigerian Police boys force has become a money making organization.

Gridlocks can be seen all over lagos. Example is the Mile 12 - Ojota axis in the morning. LASTMA men are seen harrasing private motorists while commuter buses are busy blocking the express instead of using the the service lane.

Information from reliable source has it that the bus association put money together regularly and pay to LASTMA in order to allow them flout the state transport regulations. This is contrary to the spirit of law and order the governor Fashola administration is working by in lagos.

Someone should alart the governor abt the development and make the LASTMA authorities answer to the pple.
