Yes it is possible, some schools have stopped allowing students to change into their institutions.
Moreover, once you are about to change it at the CBT centre, the school won't be available again

Tried it severaly times but to no avail. Then the jamb official said that the institution has stop collecting students, please is that possible

The University of Lagos wishes to inform all prospective candidates of the 2020/2021 Post-UTME and the general public that the online registration portal for the Screening Exercise will be re-opened for a period of fourteen (14) days, that is, between Tuesday, December 1, 2020, and Monday, December 14, 2020.

Yes there is hope, the school will need to download the updated list from JAMB portal, with that your name should reflect on FUNAAB portal.
Moreover, there is no cause for alarm as all schools have been told to put admission on hold pending the conclusion of NECO exam and the release of the result.

Hi please i just did change of course/institution on monday, but jamb is yet to update my jamb reg number to Funaab database, and Funaab POST UTME form deadline date is Friday 20th of this Month.
I keep checking and checking the school website if it has been updated

OAU POSTPONES POST UTME EXAMINATION FOR 2020/2021

The Obafemi Awolowo University 2020 Post UTME Screening Exercise earlier slated to hold between November 21 and December 5, 2020 has been postponed till further notice.

This is in line with the directive of the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) to accommodate the candidates that might have been affected by the rescheduled National Examinations Council (NECO) MayJune 2020 Examinations.

A new date will be announced soon, via the University Website and it’s authorized social media handles.. We regret all inconveniences this postponement may cause. OAU Management

GCE registration has been extended till 6th of November, 2020.

Don't leave it blank ooo or that is the end of your admission. Go back to the portal and make those changes, if you can't get it done you can message my WhatsApp number, I will check it up for you

Passport background wasn't specified in the POST UTME REGISTRATION,
but I would advise you use a red background for clarity purpose. Most Universities prefer red background.

Immediately after the bio-data, the portal will take you to O' level section, you are required to fill in all your registered subjects including exam year and exam number, if it is awaiting result choose AR for all the subjects. After this , the portal will select 5 subjects which are prerequisites to your course of study.
